With the acceleration of economic globalization, the status of the city in the global economy is becoming more important. In the meanwhile, the number of urban population is increasing in every countries all over the World. That also changes the City`s social spatial structure.and entering a processes of dynamic restructuring. The Space mismatch between public service facilities and resident demand is more prominent. Therefore,We take Shanghai for instance, taking the international migrants as the object of study to study the spatial accessibility of parks, and make a comparative analysis with the inhabitants in order to provide useful evidence for urban management. The results show that:(1)from the perspective of spatial distance, the average distance from the international migrants to the nearest(large)Park in Shanghai is closer than that of the inhabitants. The distance difference is 0.97 km and 3.80 km.Communities to the nearest(large)Park within the 2km which the proportion of International migrants is 23.0% and 5.5% higher than that of the inhabitants. Also, the "international community" to the nearest(large)Park is closer than that of the “local community”.Using the monthly rent represent community`s SES,and its Park accessibility indicates that communities with higher SES is closer than that with relatively lower SES.Within the “International Community”,similar stratification is also exists.1000yuan/month as a threshold, communities with higher rental level, the average distance to the nearest(large)park is closer.(2)from the perspective of spatial congestion,in the parks services area, the higher proportion of foreigners, the lower space congestion which means that the International migrants have better access to park resources than the inhabitants. The higher proportion of international migrants in the park service area, the higher rent level, and with lower space congestion. This indicates that the spatial congestion of the park is closely association with the rental level and the proportion of international migrants.(3)We construct the Park demand index reflects the level demand of parks. The results shows that the higher park demand index, the closer the average distance.International migrants mainly concentrated in communities with relatively lower Park demand index,Focusing on the international migrants, the “international community” to the nearest park is closer than that of the “local community”,but the “international community” is relatively lower than “local community”.Analyzing the mechanism of the accessibility differences. We think that the SES is the most important factor.Communities with higher proportion of international migrants, the higher rental level. And with higher accessibility to parks. In addition, urban land compensation system, industrial space replacement and urban renewal program have also changed the original urban population distribution pattern in the urban development process. The closer to the central city, the higher level of communities SES.And the closer to the nearest(large)park.
