With the continuous advancement and development of higher education,the training of college education has gradually become the mainstream trend,and the methods and means of education training are constantly being introduced.Based on this background,this paper takes H University's interdisciplinary comprehensive training project as the research object and comprehensively evaluates the project quality.Mainly based on the questionnaire to analyze the status quo of the project,find out the main problems of the project,through a large number of literature and data analysis,using the questionnaire,Delphi method to repeatedly evaluate the evaluation indicators to determine the evaluation indicators,and build a multi-disciplinary integration of H University The three-level index system for quality evaluation of training programs uses the analytic hierarchy process to quantify the weight of each indicator,and further determines the weight and one-time test,and finally determines the main factors affecting the quality of the project.At the same time,relevant improvement measures and recommendations are proposed,as well as the results achieved by the improved project.After research and analysis,it is found that H University has improved its own activities through cross-professional comprehensive training programs,and achieved the project radiation effect,and established a good image in the universities that implement cross-professional training.In the internal construction,we constantly improve the basic conditions of the Economics and Management Experimental Center,relying on the Economics and Management Experimental Center,build a first-class training platform,create a dual-teaching teaching team,and build a school-enterprise cooperation bridge.Introduce high-quality educational resources,learn advanced training and teaching experience,and continuously reform the curriculum system to enrich the content of the course.Carry out the team operation mode,mobilize the enthusiasm of students to learn independently,promote the combination of students' theory and practice,and promote students' employment.The project provides a clear direction for the development of training programs for higher education schools,and also lays a certain theoretical and practical foundation for the teaching and training of colleges and universities.
