Chinese culture education is an important platform and carrier for the inheritance of Chinese culture.With the continuous growth of China's economic strength,the construction of spiritual civilization is becoming more and more important,especially the inheritance and development of Chinese excellent traditional culture has become the focus of attention of all sectors of society.At the same time,more and more parents begin to attach importance to the traditional Chinese education for children.They hope that through the study of excellent traditional Chinese classics,they can cultivate and shape children's good moral character and enhance their literary literacy and knowledge reserve.However,along with the upsurge of traditional Chinese education,although the market of traditional Chinese education and training has risen rapidly and the institutions of traditional Chinese education and training have developed rapidly,the problems of their own management have become increasingly prominent,such as the shortage of teachers,the lack of management and management concepts,the unclear positioning of traditional Chinese education and training products,and so on.All these have seriously hindered the further development and growth of the institutions of national education and training.Based on the basic theories of strategic management and marketing management,this paper takes Lanzhou District as an example,and applies SWOT analysis model,Porter's five-force analysis model and 4Cs marketing strategy combination analysis model to analyze the current situation of the operation of Lanzhou District and the training of Lanzhou Traditional Chinese Education market.Through in-depth analysis of these,this paper explores the strengths and weaknesses of Yuxin Classic Company's business in Lanzhou District,the opportunities and challenges faced by its business marketing expansion,the competitive situation of Lanzhou Traditional Chinese Education Training Market and the company's competitive advantages.Finally,it puts forward the marketing strategy and sustainable development implementation plan of Yuxin Classic Company in Lanzhou District.The research shows that the external problems existing in Lanzhou District of Yuxin Classic Company are that the whole society has not formed an atmosphere of attaching importance to Chinese culture education,parents have not paid enough attention to national education,students are difficult to get started in a short time,and the internal problems include high prices of textbooks,insufficient marketing efforts,single promotion channels and weak teacher resources and management problems.In order to deal with these problems,Yuxin Classic Company Lanzhou should implement differentiated marketing through deepening the training curriculum system,strengthening the management of trainers,expanding business promotion channels and strengthening the brand building of training institutions.The research of this paper has reference value for the marketing practice of small and medium-sized training institutes and the marketing operation of sinology.
