The Research On The Mode Of Applied Talents Cultivating In Local University From The Perspective Of Big Data

With the fast development of information processing,storage and transmission technology,the era of Big Data is just around the corner.With a larger data volume and a more complex structure,it penetrates into various fields of human life,showing unprecedented vitality and vigor.Especially in higher education field,the era of Big Data provides not only more information and resources for the education and learning,but also more opportunities for the cultivation of applied talents in local universities.This thesis concentrates on the training mode of applied talents in local universities from the perspective of the Big Data.Thus,this research has important practical significance on cultivating high-quality applied talents to the construction of national economy,and solving new labor employment structural contradictions.By mainly using the methods of literature research and investigation,this thesis expounds the concept,features of the Big Data and its importance in promoting the training of universities talents.Besides,it introduces the examples of the combination of the Big Data and foreign university personnel training.Then,this thesis summarizes the connotation,characteristics and main modes of applied talents training in local universities,it analyzes the current problems of and causes to the mode of applied talents cultivating in local universities,and it constructs the “one platform and three main” training model of applied talents in local university,which provides a new way to cultivate high quality applied talents of current social and economic development needs.In this thesis,through the analysis of the report of undergraduate teaching quality in 30 local universities in Hubei Province,the main problems in the current local universities applied talents training mode are revealed: first,the professional structure is unreasonable;second,the construction of teachers should be strengthened;third,the practical teaching qualities should be improved;fourth,talent cultivation of quality supervision and evaluation system are not fully formed.These problems are resulting from the confusion of traditional ideas,the lag of policy orientation,the shortage of educational funds and the phenomenon of "information island" in local universities.In order to solve the problems existing in the training mode of applied talents in local universities,this thesis constructs a "one platform and three main" training model of applied talents.A "one platform and three main" applied talents trainingmode is a kind of personnel training mode which uses big data platform to strengthen the information communication between the government,enterprises and universities,and to train the applied talents through cooperation.In the "one platform and three main" applied talents training mode,by using Big Data platform,universities can strengthen information exchange with enterprises,can accurately grasp the changing needs of market development,and scientifically adjust the specialty and course system,to carry out the double type teachers team construction and teaching practice of cooperation better;through Big Data platform,government and enterprises can improve the level of participation in the training of applied talents in the process of evaluation and supervision,it also can improve the training quality supervision and evaluation system of applied talents,and improve the quality of the cultivation of applied talents.
