From The Perspective Of Marxist Humanism A Study On The Effectiveness Of Ideological And Political Education For College Students

Ideological and political education plays an important role in consolidating the ideological foundation of college students and anchoring their life coordinates.Its effectiveness is more related to the quality of personnel training.Therefore,how to enhance the effectiveness of Ideological and political education of college students has always been the focus of scholars' attention and exploration.Establishing morality is the central link of Ideological and political education in Colleges and universities.Marxist theory of human studies is the theory of human beings,and its starting point and foothold are both human beings.Therefore,this paper attempts to explore the effective ways to improve the effectiveness of Ideological and political education of college students from the perspective of Marxist human theory.At present,the ideological and political education in Colleges and universities in our country has made remarkable achievements in establishing college students' outlook on life and values,improving their political and moral qualities,cultural self-confidence and cultural accomplishments.However,there are still some problems,such as the value of College students,due to the challenges brought by the negative social trends of thought,such as historical nihilism,modern cynicism and pan-entertainment.There have been some deviations,insufficient attention paid to traditional culture by college students,and the ideological and political concepts and moral behavior of college students are vulnerable to the influence of social environment.From the perspective of Marxist theory of human studies,the reasons are the imperfection of the ideological and political education environment for college students,the incomplete change of the ideological and political educators' ideas,the inconsistency between supply and demand of Ideological and political education for college students,and the inaccurate value orientation of Ideological and political educators for college students.Then,according to the Marxist theory of human studies,this paper puts forward some countermeasures to enhance the effectiveness of Ideological and political education of College students,that is,optimizing the environment of Ideological and political education of college students from theperspective of human sociality,transforming the concept of Ideological and political educators of college students from the perspective of human subjectivity,meeting the demands of college students for ideological and political education from the perspective of human needs,and positioning universities from the perspective of human The value of Ideological and political education for college students and the purpose of Ideological and political education for college students should be defined from the point of view of the free and all-round development of human beings.To sum up,on the basis of explaining the connotation and relevance of Marxist theory of human science and the effectiveness of Ideological and political education for college students,this paper makes an analysis of the effectiveness of Ideological and political education for college students,and from the perspective of Marxist theory of human science,analyses the reasons why the effectiveness of Ideological and political education for college students is not strong,and explores the ways to enhance the effectiveness of Ideological and political education for college students.Want the path of the effectiveness of political education.
