Construction Difficulties And Countermeasures Studies Of College Counselors In Inner Mongolia In The New Period

College counselors play an important part of college teachers' team,improving the quality of this team plays the significant role in the ideological and political education of college students.With the development of higher education in our country,new opportunities and challenges have been brought to the construction of university counselors in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region.In order to build a high-quality team of counselors,we should review the current development of the counselors in Inner Mongolia,restrict factors and summarize problems,and try to put forward the idea of optimizing our university counselor team.This paper,combining with the theory of higher education organization,social division of labor,human's comprehensive development and ideological and political education of college students,makes a sample investigation and data analysis of the construction of university counselors in our district by means of documentary,investigation and interview.Aiming at the above problems,the authorbelieves that it is necessary to update the concept of counselors' work,optimize counselors' system and mechanism,strengthen the professional construction of counselors' team and scientifically plan the professional development of counselors' team,so as to provide a reference development direction for optimizing the construction of college counselors' team in our region.
