With the advance of the Internet era,visual civilization and auditory civilization have greatly changed people’s life.Along with the evolution and development of mobile radio,it has entered people’s life,education and study.Young students in the Internet age focus on the products of information technology,such as smartphones and computers.Therefore,modern education and learning should also grasp the advantages of mobile radios,so that they can make the best use of the development towards good aspects.Mobile radio carries on "secondary learning",processes and expands after-school learning contents,arouses students’ interest in learning,and lays a good foundation for lifelong learning and sustainable development.This paper is divided into three parts.The first part hackled the necessity and feasibility of integrating mobile radio into high school ideological and political learning.The necessity includes: the need of self-development literacy cultivation and lifelong learning,enriching the ideological and political learning platform of high school,connecting the online and offline learning methods,training the students’ practical ability,and enhancing the sharing and preservation of learning resources.Improve the learning thinking ability with academic performance,alleviate the actual situation and pressure of overuse of the eyes of the students.The second part analyzed the current situation,the existing problems and the reasons of the integration of mobile radio into high school ideological and political learning.The current situation is that mobile radio has not fully formed the consciousness of integrating high school ideological and political learning,excavating mobile radio integrated into high school ideological and political learning is not high,high school ideological and political learning initiative is relatively low;The system of mobile radio in high school ideological and political learning become lower,learning methods and strategies are lack of innovation,teachers’ acceptance of mobile radio and the ability to use it are lacking.The problem of students’ cognition and production ability to mobile radio is weak.The reason for the problems lies in the misunderstanding of the cognition of the mobile radio,the influence of the characteristics of the mobile radio,and the restriction of the traditional learning mode.The third part discussed the ways and methods of integrating mobile radio into high school ideological and political learning.Mainly includes according to the social development and the students’ physical and mental needs,enrich the mobile radio in the high school ideological and political learning resources;to improve teachers’ ability to master and use mobile radio,students should choose scientific and reasonable learning mode of mobile radio by choosing appropriate learning methods(understanding memory method,repeated learning method,listening and remembering method)and so on.
