| The state accelerates the construction and development of modern vocational education,and secondary vocational education is the basic form of diversification and diversification of high school education,and occupies a certain proportion.Secondary vocational education needs to strengthen its own capacity-building and social attraction,while training first-line skilled talents,it puts forward higher requirements for physical quality.Because the secondary vocational school students’ learning conditions,environment and other factors affect the effect of physical education teaching,and extracurricular sports activities students can choose to participate in physical education teaching to extend,so in the case of sufficient extra-curricular time,schools should organize a variety of extracurricular sports activities,improve students’ physical and mental health,enrich the cultural life of secondary vocational school campus.By using the methods of documentation,questionnaire,interview,mathematical statistics and logical analysis,this paper conducts a questionnaire survey on students and teachers of physical education in eight secondary vocational schools in Anshun area.Combining with the actual situation and characteristics of schools in Anshun area,this paper studies the organization and management of extracurricular sports activities,the guarantee conditions and forms of extracurricular sports activities in schools.Investigation and Research on students’ participation in extracurricular physical exercise.The results show that:(1)Extracurricular sports activities are managed vertically and horizontally,and related rules and regulations are established.However,the implementation of the system is less operational,formalized and 59% of the schools are poorly executed,the organization and management of the activities are not strict,and the supervision and attention are insufficient.(2)At present,the age and educational background of PE teachers in schools are reasonable,with young and undergraduate teachers as the main body;however,teachers are short of qualifications,the gender ratio is not coordinated,79.2% of teachers work more than 13 hours a week,lack of weekly guidance for extracurricular sports activities,66.7% of them organize guidance free of charge,and less after-service training;the construction of sports venues and facilities in schools is not balanced,and the provision of equipment is inadequate.The school’s supplement and maintenance of consumables and sports goods are not timely.(3)The organization of extracurricular sports activities is single,incomplete and lack of innovation.The organization of morning exercises is poor in the form of traditional exercises between classes;the normal content of class sports activities is simple;after-school sports training and competitions are dominated by competitive ball games,and the main training is to deal with outgoing competitions mainly in stages and short-term training,which affects students’ competitions.Achievement of competition results.(4)Students have enough time for extracurricular activities,good attitude and different motivation needs for participation;53.8% of students take part in 1-2 extracurricular physical exercises a week,44.1% of the exercise time is 30-60 minutes per time,The subjective intensity of male and female students’ sports concentrates on medium and small intensity.;the majority of sports are running and ball.(5)The factors affecting the participation of secondary vocational students in extracurricular sports activities in Anshun are subjective and objective.Recommendation:(1)Building and managing at the same time,attaching equal importance to both process and result,and strictly enforcing various rules and regulations.(2)Coordinating sports development in an overall way,seizing the opportunity of poverty alleviation projects in education and accelerating school construction.(3)We should create a new situation for sports activities,carry out various contents and forms together,and do a good job in students’ moral education.(4)Multi-channel publicity,create a good school sports atmosphere,pay attention to the physical and mental health of students.(5)Combination of competition and training,comprehensive sports performance assessment. |
