Study On The Development And Utilization Of University Alumni Power Under The Background Of Double-First Class

There are many kinds of complex relationships between alumni and their alma mater,and the alumni power is the synergy between the alumni and the alma mater.It includes not only the alumni's anti-feeding ability to the alma mater but also the alma mater's support for the development of the alumni.Alumni power is indispensable for the development of universities,especially world-class universities.In addition,there is an intrinsic relationship between alumni power and construction of Double-first-class colleges and universities.Because the development and utilization of alumni power in colleges and universities can help universities build first-class disciplines,promote the university to cultivate first-class talents,and improve the academic reputation and social reputation of the university.The university's promotion of Double-first-class construction is also conducive to providing alumni with better reputational influence and intellectual resources.Therefore,it is necessary to explore the role of alumni power in the construction of Double-first-class universities in the context of the current construction of “ Double-first-class ”universities.Based on the theory of higher education development,the theory of ERG needs and the theory of stakeholders,the thesis discusses the theoretical basis of the development and utilization of alumni power under the background of Double-first-class.In order to make the research conclusions more universal,the paper adopts the literature combing method and the questionnaire survey method.Alumni workers and some alumni of 100 colleges and universities were selected to conduct questionnaire surveys.In addition,the current situation,problems and causes of the development and utilization of college alumni power under thebackground of Double-first-class were analyzed by comparing the ways of developing and utilizing alumni power the best universities in the United States.Therefore,the current colleges and universities in the development of Double-first-class construction in the use of alumni power to carry out a deeper understanding.Alumni power is an important support for colleges and universities to build a Double-first-class university.The construction of Double-first-class university also provides an opportunity for universities to better develop and utilize alumni power.Therefore,in order to give full play to the alumni power to the university's Double-first-class construction and colleges and universities for the in-depthdevelopment and utilization of alumni power,we must adhere to the four principles of persistence,affection,mutual benefit and service.In addition,the paper analyzes the unique methods of Harvard University and Stanford University for the development and utilization of alumni power,and draws on its excellent experience,and proposes the measures for the development and utilization of alumni power in China's colleges and universities under the background of Double-first-class: cultivating the interactive concept of “building and sharing” and consolidating the ideological foundation for the development and utilization of alumni power;improve the cohesiveness,vitality and influence of alumni power,enhance the efficiency of alumni power;improve the organization,optimize the working mechanism of alumni power development;deepen the construction of alumni service system and promote the sustainable development of alumni power.
