In 2003,the Ministry of Education promulgated the "Music Curriculum Standards for Ordinary High Schools"(experimental draft).Although it has made great achievements in the past ten years,with the development and progress of music education,some problems are gradually exposed which are worth discussing and urgently awaiting.For example,the dilemma of linking up the orientation of teaching content with students' interests,the separation of "three-dimensional objectives" and the biased understanding of the concept of "aesthetic education" have led to the neglect of music knowledge itself,resulting in a series of problems,such as the dominant teaching phenomenon,the fuzzification of teaching evaluation,the lack of a reasonable relationship between academic quality and examination evaluation,which are gradually needed to be caused by us.Pay attention to and analyze the problems to be solved,on this basis,in order to promote the development and progress of music education in senior high school.In 2013,the Ministry of Education launched the revision of the curriculum of senior high schools until 2017,when the curriculum standards of senior high schools were issued,and music as one of the "newborns" came into being.The "2017 Edition" music curriculum standard of senior high school has a pertinent summary of the lessons and experiences accumulated in the past music education and teaching practice,and at the same time,it has improved and enriched the concept of music education.On the basis of the "experimental draft",some new parts,such as "academic quality","curriculum structure","academic level and proposals for college entrance examination",have been added to make the music education system of ordinary senior high schools more perfect and comprehensive.The birth of the "new curriculum standard" not only has a great impact on the nature,basic concepts,curriculum objectives and curriculum structure of the original music education in senior high schools,but also has a subtle impact on the curriculum content,examination form and the compilation of teaching materials.College Entrance Examination has always been concerned by schools,teachers,parents and students,andthe new curriculum standard,as the "new darling" in the college entrance examination,has undoubtedly been in the position of "sub-subject" and has been impacted,but at the same time,it can reflect that the current emphasis on "aesthetic education" has gradually increased.In order to promote the majority of senior high school music teachers to better implement and understand the "2017 edition" of ordinary high school music curriculum standards,this paper will compare the "2003 edition" and "2017 edition",and at the same time,analyze and summarize the problems existing in the implementation of the 03 edition of curriculum standards,from the actual point of view,put forward reasonable suggestions and views for the implementation of the17 edition of the new curriculum standards.
