In special education,information technology has functions such as defective compensation and rehabilitation assistance for special students,and the role of information technology is increasingly important.Correspondingly,the development of technology puts forward new requirements for special education teachers’ information technology capabilities.However,for the time being,special educatiors do not pay attention to the combination of technical means and subject teaching,technical assistance to special students,and operation of rehabilitation equipment during the teaching process.Special education teachers do not make technology play the role of teaching and learning as they should be.Through literature review,starting from the teacher’s information technology competency standards,and combining domestic and foreign teachers’ information technology application capability indicators,we have added the assistive technology and rehabilitation measures needed for special education,and finally established the information technology application capability framework for special education teachers.The framework is optimized.Classroom teaching and extended rehabilitation methods are described in two vertical dimensions: technical literacy,planning and preparation,organization and management,assessment and diagnosis,learning and development.Then,under the guidance of this index,the “Status Quo Survey Questionnaire for Information Technology Application of Special Education Teacher” was designed to investigate and analyze the application status of information technology for special education teachers in Zhejiang Province.After the analysis of reliability and validity,13 invalid questionnaires were eliminated,and a total of 192 valid questionnaires were obtained.The use of traditional mathematical statistics analysis methods,in order to provide an accurate,objective and reasonable evaluation of the level of information technology application ability of special education teachers in Zhejiang province.At the same time,the status quo of information technology training for special education teachers in Zhejiang Province was investigated through interviews.The results showed that the special education teachers in Zhejiang Province have low ability to assess and diagnose dimensions,aids and practical exercises in rehabilitation techniques,Information technology and curriculum integration are not satisfactory,information technology training is not effective,The Information technology skills of first-line teachers need to be improved.In order to effectively improve the information technology application ability of special education teachers to further improve the teaching quality of special education,from the three dimensions of the government,training,and teachers themselves,the TSG promotion model for information technology application ability of Zhejiang special education teachers was proposed.Through the government’s efforts,the implementation of training,teachers’ own learning to better serve the development of information technology application ability of Zhejiang special education teachers.
