Training management of high school teachers can effectively improve training quality and promote teachers’ professional development for high school teachers.To understand the current situation about training management of high school teachers,the writer analyzed the current situation about training management in the L city combining the method based on literature research and investigation and found that training management situation of the high school teachers is not optimistic.There are some problems,for example the simple training ways;the simple main body of training management;the monotonous content;the low efficiency;the low management level;the lack of willingness to participate in the management.These phenomena are mainly because the supply channel for training management is narrow;the main participate body of training management is single;management subject is lack of participatory quality and the training teachers is lack of consciousness of participatory,etc.To solve the above problems,these should be taken to training management of the high school teachers that increase the multi-agent supply and participation,enhance the management quality of the participatory management,stimulate the subject consciousnessof participatory.As a result,that can promote the quality of training management of high school teachers based on participatory in G Province. |
