Under the present complex teaching environment and the students 'intense individuation development,the school leaders have realized that it is impossible to lead the school's continuous development with personal leadership.School leaders can not do without the support and cooperation of teachers.With the continuous development of education reform,the society puts forward higher expectations on the management of the school,the management task,the teaching monitoring,the financial responsibility,the relationship between students,the community and parents,and the improvement of student performance have become the responsibility of the school leadership.In order to cope with the complicated environment inside and outside the school,it is necessary for the school to distribute the leadership power and transform the traditional centralized leadership into distributed leadership.Based on this background,through the research of this paper,it has some reference value for educational policy makers,principals and those involved in the process of school leadership.Based on the perspective of distributed leadership theory,this paper studies the tenth middle school of Shihezi through questionnaires and interviews,and makes a study of the implementation of distributed leadership in middle school.It is concluded that the implementation of distributed leadership in Shihezi Tenth Middle School has relieved the pressure of principals,brought into play the potential of teacher leadership and increased the enthusiasm of teachers to participate in school management.However,while the implementation of distributed leadership has achieved some results,there are also some practical problems.Aiming at these problems,this paper analyzes the factors that influence the problems on the individual level,the team level,the organization level and the interpersonal level.Finally,it puts forward the improvement strategy to promote the further training and development of the distributed leadership.Through the research of this paper,we can conclude that the characteristics of distributed leadership and the unique organizational structure of the school make distributed leadership the inevitable trend of school management.More closely related to the culture of educational organizations and the overall culture of the teaching staff.With the deepening of education reform in our country,more and more people pay attention to the team distributed leadership mode.Therefore,the pace of research and analysis of the team distributed leadership should be accelerated and the content of research should be broadened gradually.
