In the traditional ethics of China,mentoring relationship has been one of the most important unrelated relationships.As the saying goes “He who teaches me for one day is my father for life.” A lot of feelings exist between the master and the apprentice.With the spirit of craftsman being paid attention,the effect on that “teaching benefits teachers as well as students” is also measured by some managers again.If the spirit of craftsman develops vigorously,the apprenticeship will be prosperous.As the pressure of the competition among enterprises is increasingly high,capital flows and staff turnover in the enterprise are growing,and the cycle of vocational service is shortening,the enterprise pays more attention to the manipulative ability of staff than before.In many advanced developed and manufacturing enterprises,some technical masters who possess unique technique and skills are had great expectation.Managers hope that the apprenticeship can make the masters train more skilled workers by teaching and helping as an important model of training skills and accelerating the adaptability of staff to the enterprise.The apprenticeship of the enterprise is a valuable system which can make technical staff equip themselves with professional skills and adapt to the enterprise environment quickly.For a variety of reasons,the apprenticeship of the enterprise exists a deviation in the practical use.Questionnaire survey shows that the actual practice of the company’s mentoring system shows a problem of disharmony between mentor and apprentice,differences in the requirements of mentoring and apprenticeship,and the lack of practicality of the apprenticeship system.Technical workers of some technological enterprise in Beijing are selected as the research subjects in this article.Group work which is one of three major methods of social work is applied,and professional social work services are combined.Intervene in technical staff’s teacher-apprenticeship and career development planning.Many results are achieved in many aspects,such as the establishment of the relationship between masters and apprentices,demand for the professional skills of staff and reasonable future planning.The result of the intervention research is approved by all the participants.The conclusion of the research provides important reference value for the intervention of social work for enterprise and lays the foundations of the research of apprenticeship further.In the last part of the article,the writer summarizes and rethinks some problems and deficiencies which exist in the group work in order to obtain self-promotion. |
