Research On The Linkage Mechanism Of School Violence Prevention In Middle Schools In Shaanxi

In recent years,campus violence in middle schools in our country often occurs,and its bad degree has also been widely concerned by all sectors of society.Violence in middle schools not only causes physical and psychological harm to students in different degrees,but also seriously affects the teaching order of schools,and even affects the stability and unity of society.The problem of campus violence in middle schools in Shaanxi Province can not be ignored,but there is still a lack of effective prevention and control mechanism.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the linkage mechanism of violence prevention and control in middle schools in Shaanxi Province.Based on the theory of social control and collaborative governance,this thesis mainly studies the status quo of campus violence in middle schools in Shaanxi Province and its prevention and control linkage mechanism by means of questionnaires and interviews.On the basis of reviewing and summarizing the relevant theories,this paper firstly analyses the current situation and causes of campus violence in middle schools in Shaanxi Province through questionnaire survey.Secondly,it summarizes and analyses the current situation,problems and causes of campus violence prevention in middle schools in Shaanxi Province.Finally,it optimizes the linkage mechanism of campus violence prevention and control in middle schools in Shaanxi Province.The research draws the following conclusions:(1)Questionnaire results show that the most common form of campus violence in Shaanxi middle schools is verbal insult from other students.The main time of campus violence is before and after school.The main place of campus violence is in Internet cafes or other places of entertainment and toilets.When encountering campus violence,more students choose to swallow their breath,and the inner harm of campus violence to students is more serious.(2)The main reasons for the serious problem of campus violence in middle schools in Shaanxi Province are the weakening of attachment,the imbalance between investment and punishment,the lack of participation opportunities and the deviation of beliefs.(3)Although Shaanxi Province has started comprehensive management of campus violence in middle schools,there are still some problems,such as insufficient construction of linkage mechanism and lack of communication between schools and parents,and the effect of prevention and control is not ideal.There are two main reasons for this: insufficient awareness of the severity of campus violence and lack of government leadership.In a word,whether it is the seriousness of campus violence and the complexity of its causes,or the inadequacy of the current prevention and control work,all put forward requirements for the linkage mechanism of prevention and control of school violence.(4)The linkage mechanism of violence prevention and control in middle schools in Shaanxi Province mainly includes four parts.First,government-led multi-subject participation.The second is to build the foundation of the linkage mechanism of prevention and control through organizational arrangements and other structures.Thirdly,through the vertical and horizontal interaction between multiple subjects,we can learn and exchange prevention and control experience.Fourthly,the long-term effects of prevention and control can be established through the orderly operation of prevention in advance,treatment in the event and assistance afterwards.
