Research On The Development Of Xinjiang's Social Organizations In The Modernization Of Governance

Promoting the modernization of state governance is the general goal of deepening the reform in an all-round way and an important content of socialist modernization construction.Innovating the way of social governance is an important way to effectively promote the modernization of social governance.At present,Xinjiang's social governance is facing similar social contradictions with other provinces and cities in the mainland in the process of social transformation,but also the test of the special Anti-Secession situation,combined with the interweaving of ethnic and religious factors,which makes the situation of social governance tend to be complex and the difficulty of social governance increased.Therefore,as a typical representative of border areas,Xinjiang needs to actively explore the feasible path of modern governance.Starting from the basic situation of the participation of social organizations in the practice of Xinjiang's modernization of governance,this paper comprehensively understands the role of social organizations in Xinjiang in participating in social governance and the existing problems,and analyses the causes of these problems.By putting forward some feasible suggestions,this paper makes tribute to the social stability and long-term stability of Xinjiang..By using the methods of literature analysis,comparative study,case analysis and interviews,this paper starts from the overview of domestic and foreign research on social organizations,focusing on the analysis and collation of relevant research materials on the development of social organizations in Xinjiang,and uses the methods of network,books and field research to understand Xinjiang.Through the analysis of the current situation,we find the existing problems,and provide relevant countermeasures and suggestions for the good development of social organizations in Xinjiang in the future.The conclusions are as follows: In recent years,Xinjiang's social organizations have made considerable progress,and have initially formed a certain scale.Social organizations have also made some achievements in participating in social governance,such as social organizations in assisting educational development,developing medical and health services,participating in poverty alleviation,and maintaining social stability.Face plays an active role.At the same time,social organizations in Xinjiang also have some problems in the process of participating in social governance,such as their slow growth,high dependence on the government,weak supply capacity of public services,and insufficient role in maintaining social harmony and stability.The main reasons for the above problems are as follows: first,the government management system and mechanism are not perfect;second,the relevant laws and regulations are not perfect;third,the special environment of Xinjiang restricts the development of social organizations;fourth,the lack of self-construction of social organizations.In order to promote the development of social organizations in Xinjiang,the author puts forward the following countermeasures and suggestions: from the government level,we should further transform the functions of the government and improve the government security mechanism.First,we should renew the government's management concept of social organizations in Xinjiang,second,we should strengthen the government's cultivation of social organizations and policy support,and third,we should optimize the society.The institutional space for the participation of social organizations in social governance is to further standardize the management of social organizations;from the point of view of optimizing the external environment for the development of social organizations in Xinjiang,the first is to accelerate scientific development and provide material basis for the development of social organizations;the second is to enhance the initiative of social organizations to participate in governance;and the third is to create good conditions.In terms of strengthening the capacity-building of social organizations,the first is to establish and improve the internal governance system of social organizations,the second is to strengthen external publicity,enhance the ability of fund-raising,and the third is to strengthen the construction of talent team of social organizations.
