It is definitely stated in the report of the 19 th Congress of the Communist Party of China(CPC)that the goal of 21 st century education is to foster moral value and cultivate people.Developing student ' s core accomplishment is the key purpose of biology curriculum(2017 version)in high schools.The corresponding classroom teaching has been spread quickly and make systematic progress.In March 2018,the quality assessment reform of biological disciplines in Senior High School Entrance Examination was announced to support college entrance examination reform.In this thesis,I analyse the necessity of this study through “ survey method ”,confirm theoretical basis through“literature method” and make research on classroom teaching strategies through “ case analysis method”.Before implementing the classroom teaching strategy,this paper first defines and differentiates “core literacy” and “three-dimensional object”,and then clarifies the “four dimensions” as the curriculum standards of core literacy of teaching.Finally,the paper attaches more importance to contents related to "life concept" and "scientific inquiry" in the biological textbooks of the junior high school,and make full exploration into the "core concepts".Based on "theory of cognitive development ","humanistic theory" and"constructivism theory,this study designs three classroom teaching projects respectively by making full use of “STSE”,"conceptual map" and "cooperative learning".Teaching evaluation is the grindstone of classroom teaching.under the core literacy,teaching evaluation attaches more importance to diversity and students ' formative evaluation.Therefore,it mainly studies expressive teaching evaluation and paper-and-pen test teaching evaluation.Through the enforcement of core accomplishment teaching students' core literacy will slowly be developed,and their academic level will steadily be improved.
