Israel has a small land area,a population of less than 10 million,and a lack of domestic resources.In the past 70 years,the war has continued,but it has still created a miracle of economic growth.A variety of economic indicators show that Israel is the most concentrated country in the world today that reflects innovation and entrepreneurship.The country of the projectile,but can play a shocking energy,is clearly the result of a combination of factors.However,people are the only capital they can freely control.Israel has become a world-renowned “ entrepreneurial country ”,which is largely due to the cultivation of innovative and entrepreneurial talents.The Israel Institute of Technology is the earliest established university in Israel.It is known as the “foundation stone of the State of Israel”and plays the role of “leader” in the cultivation of innovative and entrepreneurial talents in Israel.According to Bloomberg News,the Technion is ranked seventh in the “ Top Ten Colleges and Universities for Enterprise Technology CEOs worth $1 billion and above ”.From 1995 to 2014,there were 1,602 companies in the founding or management positions of the Israeli academies of science and engineering,which directly created about 95,500 jobs.The total financing of related companies exceeded $6.406 billion,and the market value of mergers and acquisitions exceeded 28.063 billion.Dollar.At present,China's implementation of innovation-driven development strategy to promote economic upgrading,there is an urgent need to deepen the reform of innovation and entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities.Based on the above background,this study selects the Israel Institute of Technology as a case school,systematically explores its practice of innovation and entrepreneurship education,with a view to enhancing China's comprehensive understanding of the cultivation of innovative and entrepreneurial talents in Israeli universities,and providing useful mirrors for the deepening of innovation and entrepreneurship education reform in Chinese universities..The research is mainly carried out from four parts:The first part mainly explores the background of the innovation and entrepreneurship education of the Israel Institute of Technology.Analyze the political,historical,economic,and social background of the Israeli Institute of Technology's innovation and entrepreneurship education.Including the country's survival needs,the realistic demands of employment issuesand the government's administrative guidance,the cultural genes fostering an innovative entrepreneurial environment,and the university mission entrusted by the vision of the school.The second part focuses on the implementation path of innovation and entrepreneurship education at the Israel Institute of Technology.Focus on its innovative and entrepreneurial curriculum teaching,practical activities and service guarantees,covering the curriculum,teaching methods,teaching content,practical activities,faculty and organization network of the Israeli Institute of Technology.The third part is an in-depth analysis of the core characteristics of the innovation and entrepreneurship education of the Israel Institute of Technology.It is found that the innovation and entrepreneurship education of the Israel Institute of Technology has four characteristics:the innovation and entrepreneurship curriculum system reflects the characteristics of precision supply,the practice teaching focuses on the integration of knowledge construction and real experience,attracts the extracurricular resources to penetrate the whole process of innovation and entrepreneurship education,and the practice of innovation and entrepreneurship education is practical.Values.The fourth part combines the contents of the previous three parts,analyzes the existing problems of current innovation and entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities in China,and draws on the practical experience of innovation and entrepreneurship education of Israel Institute of Technology,and proposes targeted countermeasures.
