In recent years,with the development of society,the growth of rural children has been concerned by all sectors of society,among which learning problems are a very important issue in the process of rural children's growth.After investigation,it is found that the academic performance of rural children will be affected by economic conditions,school environment,parents ' cultural level and so on.Under the guidance of the advantage perspective,this paper takes the learning status of children in L village as the research object,and uses the social work professional method according to the research background analysis,the key problem segregation,the problem proposal,the concept definition,the investigation and the analysis,the social work intervention and the effect appraisal,puts forward the countermeasure and the suggestion,takes the Rice East L Village Using SPSS software,descriptive statistics,T test and single factor variance analysis are used to analyze the influence of rural children in the learning process,such as educational resources,self-study,family support,extracurricular education and so on.Combining with the survey results,taking the advantage perspective as the guidance,using the practical methods of case and group social work,designing the corresponding service plan to fully excavate and utilize the superior resources of the children in L village,so as to help the children in L village improve their academic performance by improving their shortcomings.Through the comparative analysis of the return visits of relevant figures after practice and the observation of the learning behavior before and after the intervention of rural children,the effectiveness of social work intervening in the Learning Service of rural children under the guidance of the theory of advantage perspective is confirmed.Finally,this paper reflects and summarizes the intervention process of social work from the perspective of superiority,and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to improve the academic achievement of rural children from the aspects of increasing professional social workers,strengthening government and social support,and improving the ability of social workers to reflect and sum up.
