Application Of Job Recommendation System For Graduating Students

With the development of higher education in China,the number of college students has increased tremendously.Thus,the employment issue of the graduates is becoming increasingly crucial.The structural imbalance between supply and demand makes many graduates confronted with the challenge of employment."What job should I take up in the future?" or "What can I choose?" confuses every college student upon graduation.In order to solve this problem,a job recommendation system for the graduates is developed in this dissertation.Based on Web data text mining,this dissertation designed and achieved the core components of the job recommendation system,including job requirements information extraction module,professional requirement information extraction module,job category marking assist system module and job supply statistics for each profession module,which together with the job data acquisition module and the job recommendation module constitute the job recommendation system for the graduates.Reflecting the current job supply of each college-major in the job market,the system recommends jobs that match their majors to college students through the recruitment platform to help college students direct career programming and promote the employment rate of college.The specific procedure of this dissertation is as following:(1)Conduct the research of the recruitment information text released by employers on various recruitment platforms,analyze and process the recruitment information text by text mining,clustering analysis,wxPython and other technological methods,and complete the design and development of four modules,namely,job requirements information extraction module,professional requirement information extraction module,job category marking assist system module and job supply statistics for each profession module.(2)Establish job requirements thesaurus by keywords search,then extract the job requirements information from the job description text.(3)Make the further mining of the job requirements text,extract the ultra-short sentences on college-major requirements,and obtain the more accurate professional requirements for posts by Kmeans clustering algorithm.(4)Design and develop job category marking assist system to mark the professional requirements for posts,establish the professional requirements lexicon of each job,and complete the statistics of the distribution of professional demand of each job in the market.(5)Introduce the catalogue on the undergraduates' majors enacted by the ministry of education,establish the mapping relationship between the professional requirements lexicon and these college-majors,and transform the distribution of professional demand of each job into the distribution of job supply of each profession,to eventually implement a job recommendation system for college students based on major matching.
