| As one of the three major ball projects,volleyball has achieved remarkable results in the history of sports development in China and has a special status.In recent years,the development of youth volleyball has repeatedly attracted the attention of sports,education and other related departments.The reason is that volleyball is not only conducive to promoting the all-round development of young people,but also can cultivate the teamwork ability of young people,and can provide the development of volleyball in China.A strong talent reserve plays an important role in the improvement of China's volleyball level.Hunan Province has always paid attention to the training of young volleyball reserve talents.The Youth Volleyball Championship sponsored by the Hunan Provincial Sports Bureau is a key event in Hunan Province.The scope of influence involves education,economy,culture and other fields to enhance the health of young people.And play an active role in promoting the volleyball program among young people.Judging from the current development of the tournament,the competition system of the tournament is still immature,various aspects need to be improved,and there are many potential problems.The existence of these problems has restricted the development of the youth volleyball championship to some extent.On this basis,this study takes the competition rules of Hunan Youth Volleyball Championship as the research object,and takes the coaches,athletes and referees who participated in the 2017 competition as the survey object,using the literature data method,questionnaire surveymethod and expert interview method.,logic analysis,mathematical statistics,comparative analysis and other research methods to explore the status quo of the Hunan Youth Volleyball Championships,through the scale of the event,competition rules,competition methods and the participation of coaches,athletes,referees and other basic The situation is scientifically analyzed to identify the unfavorable factors affecting the development of the tournament and propose relevant countermeasures to improve.After research,the following conclusions are drawn:(1)The venues for volleyball games in Hunan Province are mainly concentrated in high school,which leads to a low number of people per game and reduces the influence of the event.(2)The participation funds have alleviated the economic pressure of the participating teams to a certain extent,but the qualifications and incentives still need to be balanced.(3)The overall volleyball population of young people in Hunan Province is small,and the volleyball team is unevenly distributed.Most schools overlook the construction of the volleyball team,resulting in fewer volleyball players and fewer athletes.There have been extreme phenomena such as "one school,multiple teams" and "multiple schools without teams."(4)The coaches of each team in Hunan Province have certain team experience and the age structure and motivation of the competition are reasonable.However,some coaches lack certain experience in the competition,which may lead to the slow development of the overall level of the competition.(5)The overall contingent of the referee referee of the event is younger and more multi-level.However,its business capabilities and ruling experience still need to be continuously strengthened and improved to truly promote the event.(6)The HunanYouth Volleyball Championship lacks the dissemination of news related to the event,and the related reports are far from enough,resulting in low impact of the event. |
