With the increase in the number of international students coming to China,the education of overseas students are faced with new tasks.On the one hand,due to the cultural differences among different countries,the students are confronted with many cross-cultural adjustment problems and cultural conflicts in the new cultural environment.Therefore,it is necessary to take the overseas students' cross-cultural adjustment as an important research task.Through the analysis of the international students' cross-cultural adjustment situations in China,it not only helps international students better cope with the problems caused by cultural differences and acquire various skills for cross-cultural adjustment,but also effectively improves the cross-cultural adjustment abilities for international students.Based on the goal-orientation theory,achievement motivation theory and social cognitive theory,this paper studies the impact of learning goal orientation on international students' psychological cultural adjustment in China.Besides,considering the mediating role of proactive behavior and the moderating effect of cross-cultural creativity and perceived cultural distance,this study puts forward the influence mechanism model of learning goal orientation on psychological cultural adjustment of international students in China,which enriches the theoretical research of cross-cultural adjustment and broadens the related research in the future. |
