In 2017,the new biology curriculum standard of senior high school condensed the core accomplishment of biology into four aspects: concept of life,scientific thinking,scientific inquiry and social responsibility.It is not only the aim of curriculum design,but also the basic requirement of curriculum implementation.In order to keep up with the requirements of the new curriculum standards and infiltrate the cultivation of core literacy,this paper aims to design some self-made teaching aids and apply them to teaching aids,explore the teaching strategies to improve students' core literacy of disciplines,and provide teaching reference for front-line teachers.Firstly,the syudy status of self-made teaching aids was analyzed from domestic and foreign aspects through the method of literature research.The theoretical basis of self-made teaching aids,the core literacy of biology and the concept of self-made teaching aids were sorted out,and the characteristics of self-made teaching aids were summarized.By using the method of questionnaire survey,the current situation about some senior high school biology teachers and students used self-made teaching aids to teach and learn,the situation of teachers' understanding to core biological literacy and the level of students' biological core literacy were investigated.The survey results of teachers show that teachers generally affirm the role of self-made teaching aids,but the practical application is too little,the overall situation of core literacy awareness is better.The survey results of students show that Students generally like biology,expect teachers to use self-made teaching aids to teach,affirm the multi-faceted role of self-made teaching aids,but the use of self-made teaching aids is less,and the core level of discipline is not high.In view of the above findings,this paper focuses on the teaching strategies of how to improve core literacy by using self-made teaching aids through action research method from the following four aspects: strengthening life concept by making simulation structure teaching aids by students,cultivating scientific thinking by making simulation demonstration teaching aids by teachers,encouraging scientific inquiry byexploring discovery teaching aids through cooperation between teachers and students,Promoting social responsibility by making eco-cylinders and organizing thematic activities.In the process of research,the matters needing attention of self-made teaching aids were found and summarized,and the existing problems and suggestions in teaching aids were put forward.Finally,the conclusion,achievements and shortcomings of this paper are briefly summarized,and the research prospect of self-made teaching aids is put forward.
