Study On The Application Of Case Management In Corrective Social Work Service Of Juvenile Delinquency

In 2008,the first government-purchased youth special service "Youth Zone" was officially implemented in Guangzhou.The "Youth Zone" is based on schools and mainly provides developmental services for the general youth group.With the continuous development of society,the prevention of juvenile delinquency is becoming more and more important at the level of comprehensive social governance.The "Youth Zone" project has also begun to transform its service content from general developmental service to corrective and preventive service for juvenile delinquents,and the main target of service has also changed from general juvenile group to general juvenile group.Juvenile delinquency group.At present,the domestic juvenile correction service is still in the initial and exploratory stage,so this field is relatively deficient in both theoretical research and practical development.The purpose of this study is to explore the application of case management model in the process of corrective service for juveniles involved in cases,in order to provide theoretical basis and practical guidance for promoting the correction of juvenile delinquency and preventing juvenile delinquency.In this study,case study and non-participatory observation were used to analyze the necessity and feasibility of the application of case management in the corrective services for juveniles in a district of Guangzhou,taking the "Youth Zone”project as an example.Then,under the guidance of ecosystem theory,combined with the representative service cases,the service process and service formation of case management in specific cases were discussed.At the same time,it optimizes the service process of case management application in specific cases;on this basis,it further puts forward corresponding suggestions from the individual,institutional and social levels,that is,at the individual level,to strive to improve the professional skills of case managers and clarify their multiple roles;at the institutional level,it is necessary to refine the cases of juvenile corrective services.Typical cases of case management are summarized,service effectiveness is summarized and service experience is promoted.At the macro level,we should create a good social environment for preventing juvenile delinquency and strengthen the construction of specialized service personnel.
