Starting from the characteristics of turnover classroom teaching management,this paper probes into the construction of inverted classroom teaching management mode in primary schools on the basis of fully investigating the present situation of inverted classroom teaching management in primary schools,and carries out case experiments in the second primary school of Ganzhou Binjiang,and modifies the teaching management mode in the Reversal classroom teaching practice The paper puts forward some suggestions on the teaching management of inverted classroom in primary schools.This thesis consists of seven chapters:Chapter One: Introduction.Through the collation and analysis of existing literature,grasp the current domestic and foreign research status,clear paper research ideas and methods.Chapter II: Related concepts and theoretical basis.The paper defines the concepts of micro-class,Flip-class,teaching management and flip-class teaching management,and straighten out the theoretical analysis tools used in the research process.Chapter Three: The characteristics of the primary school turnover classroom teaching management.From the primary school turnover classroom teaching management connected theory and practice,it has guaranteed the teaching quality,promoted the teacher professional development,promoted the student overall development four aspects elaborated the primary school turnover classroom teaching management value,and from the Micro Course application,the teaching management and the teaching link three aspects analysis primary school turnover classroom teaching management characteristic,Clear the direction of the investigation and analysis.The fourth chapter: the investigation and statistic analysis of the teaching management of the inverted classroom in primary school,and the questionnaire survey and statistic analysis on the current teaching management.From the four angles of student learning,teacher teaching,micro-course resources and evaluation methods,this paper analyzes the dilemma of the teaching management in flip class.The fifth chapter: the Primary school turnover classroom teaching management pattern constructs.In view of the problems in teaching management,the paper puts forward the corresponding countermeasures,and puts forward the teaching management mode of the primary school turnover from the aspects of student management,teacher management,micro-course resource management and multiple evaluation management.The sixth chapter: Primary School turnover classroom teaching management mode practice: Ganzhou Binjiang Second Primary school experiment.The paper will construct the teaching management model of the primary school turnover subject,do the teaching experiment in Ganzhou Binjiang second Primary school,and analyze and revise the effect of the teaching management in practice.Seventh chapter: Suggestion.This paper puts forward s ome suggestions on improving the teaching management in primary school turnover classroom.
