| Objective:Badminton is a sport with the characteristics of speed,explosive power,quick reaction and strong resistance,so athletes are prone to exercise fatigue in heavy load sports.Through the method of literature and data,it is known that there are many shortcomings in the current methods of monitoring the sport fatigue of badminton.The advantages of biofeedback technology(BT)as a monitoring method are real-time,comprehensive,non-invasive and objective,and it has created very good practical effects in medicine and psychology.So this research discuss biofeedback technology cross references in the monitoring of badminton sport exercise fatigue,fatigue characteristic changes,the index whether biofeedback appear when to improve badminton sports training monitoring methods provide new method and experimental support.Methods: In this experiment,10 boys from grade 14 badminton school team and 17 normal college students from grade 14 badminton school team of school of physical education of south normal university were selected as the research objects and divided into the badminton experimental group and the control group.Using continuous swing to kill the ball training to fatigue,first recorded the quiet state of the data;Then monitor the state of subjective feeling(RPE),maximum heart rate change and reaction time,flash fusion frequency,force value and other indicators to assess whether athletes have sports fatigue.Finally,according to the common monitoring methods RPE and telemetry real-time heart rate indicators to determine whether the athletes have entered the recovery state.The motion parameters of HRV,sEMG and SC were collected in the biofeedback technology of the three stages of quiet,fatigue and recovery.SPSS software and general data software were used to process data and generate images.Results:(1)In the three stages of quietness,fatigue and recovery,various indicators of HRV,sEMG and SC of the two groups of biofeedback technologies showed significant characteristic changes.In the badminton experimental group and the control group,the HRV index was significantly decreased,but the time-domain index(r-r inter-period standard deviation,SDNN)in the two groups was significantly decreased.Standard deviation of all adjacent r-r intervals,SDSD;Root mean square value of the difference between adjacent R-R periods,RMSSD;The percentage of cardiac beats greater than 50 ms in the interphase difference between adjacent cardiac beats R-R(PNN50)and HF power in the index of frequency domain showed a downward trend,and the recovery state showed an upward trend.And the frequency domain index(LF power value;Low frequency,high frequency ratio,LF\HF and sinus arrhythmia(SAa)showed an upward change,and the recovery state also showed an upward trend.Vibration amplitude index(integrating electromyography,IEMG)of sEMG fatigue in two groups.Mean square root amplitude,RMS up,frequency index(average power frequency,MPF);The median frequency(MF)showed a significant decrease,which increased when the state was restored.The SC biofeedback signal also changed significantly when both groups were tired.(2)based on biofeedback technology,badminton sports fatigue can establish time-series feature graph,which is in the order of "cardiac muscle(HRV),skeletal muscle(sEMG)and skin(SC)" and is arranged from the inside to the outside in time series.Conclusions:(1)The indicators of biofeedback technology have all changed significantly,indicating that it can be used as a monitoring method for badminton sports fatigue and popularized and applied.(2)the athletes entered the fatigue,the first is reflection of the characteristic changes of cardiac function index,the second is the index reflecting the muscle function,finally the index of skin electric signal changes,so the order of the badminton exercise fatigue "he heart-peripheral muscle".(3)compared with the experimental data of the badminton group and the control group,the muscle strength of the control group changed significantly,indicating that the badminton athletes of the experimental group had stronger anti-fatigue ability. |
