In the era of education informationization,information technology and education have been accelerated integration.At present,new media technology plays a great role in promoting educational reform.As a new development direction of education and teaching reform,educational games have begun to attract the attention of many scholars.At present,in the teaching of history course,there are some problems,such as low reducibility of historical situation,difficulties in presenting historical materials and students’ poor sense of presence,which make many students bored with history course,and educational games can solve these problems well.In this study,the seventh grade history lesson "The Unified Han Dynasty" is used as the content of the game design,based on virtual reality(VR)technology,using Unity3 D engine to develop,so that students can complete the construction of knowledge in the game process,stimulate learning motivation and enhance learning initiative,and truly achieve the "teaching and pleasure" teaching style.The main contents of this paper are as follows:In the first chapter of the paper,by using the method of literature analysis,this paper reviews the current research situation of educational games at home and abroad,Haihunhou and seventh grade history courses,and summarizes the future development trend.In the second chapter,his paper reviews the theory of educational game design and the development tools of educational game,which makes a groundwork for future research.In the third chapter,we use questionnaires and interviews to analyze the needs of students and teachers,and make an analysis of the relationship between the historical structure and the teaching objectives for the seven-year history course,so as to analyse the functional needs analysis of educational games.In chapter four,we design the historical education game from five aspects: plot,interface,interaction,barrier and evaluation,and provides theoretical guidance for the realization of the game.In the fifth chapter,by using the game development software Unity3 D to design and develop educational games,the paper applies educational games to the teaching of seventh grade history course.We select seventh grade students as learners and use questionnaire survey method to analyze the teaching effect of students in history class,and make a summary andmodification.Through this paper,on the one hand,the seventh grade history education game is realized,and case studies are carried out,which solves the problems of students’ lack of interest in history curriculum and low efficiency of history class to some extent.On the other hand,this paper has made a new attempt for junior high school history curriculum reform,which provides a useful reference for the field of educational game application,and also provided a new idea for game design developers. |
