Early teaching,is to develop its potential in the infancy of education,it adapts to market demand,not only for infants themselves have a positive role,for the family happiness and social development also has the significance of not negligible.With the rapid development of economy and society and the continuous improvement of peopled living standard,the idea that children receive early education has been accepted by more and more parents.Faced with the rapid development and increasingly fierce competition in the early education market,early education institutions urgently need to formulate practical marketing strategies,relying on the right strategy and management to win the competitive advantage.Kunshan XMY Children's home is the 2015 in Kunshan City,Jiangsu Province,a new small and medium-sized early childhood education institutions,the main topic of this study is how to use the theory of marketing,to develop a suitable Kunshan xmy children.s home marketing strategy.Firstly,the paper studies the macro-marketing environment of the children's home from the aspects of economy,social culture and political law.Secondly,from the existing competitors,potential competitors,substitutes,consumers,suppliers and other aspects of the early education industry competition structure analysis.Thirdly,this paper analyzes the resources and abilities of the early education institutions from the perspective of Kunshan XMY Children's home early education institution,management ability and marketing ability.Finally,using the SWOT theory,this paper analyzes the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and challenges that the early teaching institution faces and the so strategy to be selected;from the niche market,the target customer and the market orientation,this paper analyzes the marketing strategy of XMY early education organization,and determines the marketing mix strategy of XMY children's home early education institution.The products,prices,channels and promotion strategies of XMY children's home early education institutions were systematically put forward.Finally,according to the established marketing strategy,the paper points out the key po:ints of market promotion and the measures for the implementation of xmy early education institutions.
