China is in the era of rapid development of science and technology,economy and culture.Under the new background of the popularization of general high schooleducation and the country's need for a large number of talents,basic education continues to reform.Three-dimensional goal has been practiced for more than ten years in China's basic education,and has achieved some results,but the problem isincreasingly prominent,and for the development of students in the new era,three-dimensional goal is no longer suitable.And core literacy,highly covers 3 d object of knowledge and skills,process and methods,emotional attitude values,and the content of the core literacy is closely related to the students to develop a new era,it is put forward based on the education idea of "Strengthening Morality",is the new dawn of basic education,in cultivating talents in the new age plays a huge role.Physics is a natural science based on experiments.Many physicists discovered the important laws in physics through experimental research,and verified and revised the laws through experiments.Therefore,it can be seen that physical experiments are important for learning physics.As an organic part of physics learning evaluation,combined with the new era of core literacy requirement put forward by the learning evaluation of physical education and physical experiment on the one hand,to help teachers improve the course of physics experiment teaching,improve students' ability to physical experiment,on the one hand,also the developing request of the educat ion of our country to carry out the core accomplishment play a positive role,one of the basic concept of new curriculum standard in our country is based on the learning evaluation system of core literacy development.This paper mainly analyzes the learning evaluation and the process of the students physical experiment in the study theory of core literacy,physical ability,on the basis of combining the concept of evaluation,defines the core accomplishment of middle school physics experiment the connotation of learning evaluation,analyses the learning evaluation of physics experiment target,principle,on the basis of building the learning evaluation system of physical experiment,in the evaluation system of physical experiment skills of students,the learning process,intel ligent development,scientific attitude and responsibility and so on four aspects hascarried on the physical experiment learning evaluation,again through the expert teacher's interview,After collecting expert teachers for the opinions of theevaluation system of the content of the revised evaluation system,combined with the education practice activities,a physics experiment of high student scale concrete practice of the system,and then measured the scale system,the reliability and validity of summary after the internship process,again to modify the contents of the evaluation system,at the end of the article for instructions on the use of the evaluation system and expounds in detail the matters needing attention.It is hoped that the research on the evaluation of physics experiment learning can provide reference for teachers' teaching and students' learning,find problems in the teaching process,correct them in time,and explore a new model of physics experiment learning evaluation under the core quality,so as to make a contribution to the new curriculum reform.
