| The key competence is the ability of students to understand and explain practical problems that they face in real life in their learning process.The new curriculum pays attention to the implementation of the key competence and expounds evaluation including contents,standards and methods.With the promulgation of the "Ordinary High School Chemistry Curriculum Standard(2017)",the integration of "teaching,learning,and evaluation" has received more and more attention,and attention has been paid to the daily evaluation of learning and classroom teaching evaluation.Classroom teaching evaluation is helpful to strengthen the effectiveness of teaching,and it is also of great significance to the implementation of the key competence.The reverse design of teaching is a teaching design model that evaluates priority,and it is the same as the integrated design concept of "teaching,learning,and evaluation".The implementation of the key competence based on reverse design of teaching is the main purpose of this study.The specific contents of the research include:First,Analyze the content of evaluation and chemical key competence in the new curriculum.Combine the research results at home and abroad,and discuss the possibility and necessity of implementing chemical key competence in reverse design of teaching.Second,Conduct interviews with four teachers to understand the current status of implementation and evaluation of chemical key competence.After the interview,the author puts forward the reverse teaching design for implementation of chemical key competence against the contradiction between the teaching of chemical key competence and the knowledge.Third,According to the requirements of the new curriculum,a part of the "non-metal and its compounds" that is selected from required course of high school chemistry is carrying out teaching practices.The reverse teaching design based on mind maps.At the end of practice,combined with the evaluation of teachers and the students’test questions,it can be found that the reverse teaching design is conducive to the implementation of the chemical key competence,and at the same time,it is determined that the principle of reverse teaching design can also provide examples for teachers’teaching. |
