A Study On The Self-Education Path Of Gentleman's Personality Cultivation

The goal of ideological and political education is to guide people's moral character,personality and behavior to the right direction,and through certain methods to achieve the desired results.Self-education is a significant way of ideological and political education,under the effect of this method the gentleman personality can be realized.In the Confucian communication culture,the gentleman's personality is an indispensable part,and its theoretical framework and basic contents have been determined in the early qin period.The gentleman's personality is the concrete embodiment of the ideal personality in ancient China.It has been deeply rooted in the national ideology and settled in the code of conduct,and occupies an important position in the national psychology and personality.In the western personality thought,the gentleman personality thought also cannot neglect.The research theme of this paper is distinct.In the self-education,it takes the cultivation of a gentleman's personality as the goal,analyzes the process of achieving the goal,defines the path of self-education,and devotes itself to the self-education method of cultivating the personality required by social development,and makes a meaningful study.The text consists of four parts:The first part mainly studies the scientific connotation and dynamic mechanism of self-education.By sorting out the formation and development of Chinese and western self-education,and analyzing and summarizing the characteristics of self-education,the scientific connotation of self-education is extracted.The dynamic mechanism of self-education is the key part of self-education activities,through internal and external mechanism analysis,and the interpretation of the reasons for the realization of the gentleman's personality goals.The second part mainly summarizes the essence of Confucian gentleman's personality,clarifies its characteristics and confirms its value in the contemporary era.Confucius xun once respectively have their own narrative about ideal personality,the western liberal arts education and the thought of gentleman's personality,this chapter will attempt to through the pre-qin Confucian gentleman's personality theory of deep excavation,and combined with the modern thought,show the gentleman personality in contemporary value,analysis summed up the target for modern gentleman personality image.The third part,from the aspect of their own personal and social analysis of modern society by self education to realize the objective of the gentleman personality problems,mainly including self-awareness of the contradictions and conflicts,lack of the pursuit of ideal personality,the new era of environmental negative impact to the cultivation of gentleman's personality,weakening the status of traditional Confucian gentleman's personality and to cultivate a gentleman personality self education method of misconduct,etc.,through the several typical problems,provide the basis for the next chapter of the way.The fourth part mainly studies the self-education path to realize the gentleman's personality goal.From three aspects of establishing correct self-education belief,cultivating comprehensive self-education ability and creating excellent conditions for self-education,this paper puts forward the corresponding realization path.
