One official policy called the Opinions on Promoting the Study and Development of Primary and Secondary School Students issued by 11 departments including the Ministry of Education in 2016,which put forward one suggestion,“It's necessity that incorporate study tour into education and teaching plans of primary and secondary school, and consider as a whole plan with comprehensive practical curriculum, whose aim is to promote the integration of study tour and school curriculum”.In consequence, this suggestion has alleviated the chaos of the study tour market, such as false advertising, and stimulated the enthusiasm and initiative of the school to carry out study tour independently in some degree.Besides, there is a popular belief that making study tour as a new form of off-campus education is an extension of school education,as well as a special form of school curriculum. We find that there are much research focus on the ontology of study tour until now, mainly discussing the educational implications. However,it paid less attention to the construction problems of school-oriented study tour curriculum, and ignored the importance of having an advantageous support environment for promising development.Additionally,we also find that there are several aspects which lack of beneficial discussion, such as the difficulty when schools conduct study tour curriculum, what challenges they may face, and what strategies can be adopted to promote the educational value of the study tour.In view of this, the purpose of this study is to investigate the current status of the school-oriented study tour curriculum.Specifically,it mainly used the in-depth interview method in six primary and secondary schools which conduct the school-oriented study tour curriculum in J City, and did the participatory observation in one typical case(Z school).Furthermore,to collect the first-hand research data, this research also used a variety of methods, such as the text collection method. Then refine the theme and acquire the research findings by generic analysis and situational analysis respectively. As for school-oriented study tour curriculum reality, the results are as follows: the first one is school masters the curriculum dominant right. The second one is lacks the establishment of special study tour curriculum management department. The third one is that follows the mutual debugging of the curriculum implementation orientation. The last but not the least, the school respects the law of physical and mental development of students at different stages.Furthermore,as to specific implementation process,we got the following six major problems: the awareness shortage of study tour, the scarcity of relevant subject support, the insignificance of security issue guarantee, the subjectivity in curriculum plan design, the absent of teacher guidance on site and the deficiency of reasonable evaluation mechanism.Based on the above findings, this study holds that schools can improve the implementation effect of study tour curriculum from five aspects.a.Establish a “government + school + society” tripartite linkage cooperative mechanism.b.Develop and utilize relevant resources rationally and effectively.c.Optimize the organizational participation allocating plan.d.Build a “safety-experience-education” activity scene. Finally, according to the above five suggestions, this research constructs a school-oriented study tour support service system with the support of the Stakeholder Theory. This system consists of five major dimensions: government, resource, personnel, activity and evaluation support services. Moreover,we suggest that these five support services have a close relationship between each other, which has the certain guiding significance for school to improve its implementation effect and promote its normalization and healthy development of the study tour curriculum.
