| Every year there are a large number of normal students in our country to practice,but from the current situation,the effect of practice is unsatisfactory.There are many reasons for this,one of which is that the effect of reflection is not good.Therefore,in some schools,reflection is emphasized in the process of internship.However,as a technical work,the effect of teaching reflection is still low due to the lack of basis for reflection.Through the previous literature review,it is found that video analysis is widely used in teacher education abroad,but the domestic research in this area is not much,or simply using video analysis to reflect,rather than considering how to build a normal student internship model.Starting from the thought of reflective practice,this research attempts to establish a study practice(study)mode for normal students based on video analysis.This research is mainly composed of three parts.Firstly,through literature review,it is found that classroom video analysis is widely used in teacher development abroad,from the development of the initial classroom video analysis method to the determination of the classroom analysis framework to the final new teacher training model,the significance of video analysis is explained.However,there are few related studies in China,which also provides a research opportunity for this research.At the same time,there are many problems in the internship process of the normal students,among which the poor comprehensive quality and lack of reflective consciousness are the most important.This provides a new research point for this research—integrating the concept of reflective practice into the process of normal students’ practice.At the same time,the concept of study is defined and Flanders interactive analysis method is used as a tool for video analysis.Secondly,this research emphasizes the study nature of the practice process,identifies the study subjects,study topics and study tools.Combining with reflective practice process,it analyses the elements and functions of the study model.On this basis,it constructs the study model of normal university students based on classroom video analysis.This mode guides normal students to discover their teaching problems through classroom video analysis in the process of teaching practice,and find solutions though analysing and exploring the about the problems,,then continue to improve in the following teaching practice until the problem is solved,so as to make normal students improve both theoretically and practically.Finally,in this paper,case study is used to guide a normal university student to conduct action research in the process of practice,and to explore whether the study mode is effective and feasible.The action research consists of three teaching practices.After each practice,the normal students analyze and reflect on their own classroom videos.With the first problem as the study goal,after three iterations,they finally find that the problems have been well solved. |
