Problem-oriented teaching is based on problem-oriented teaching,inspiring students to think with problems,and guiding students to learn knowledge and abilities.The problem-directed teaching method highlights the subjective position of students in teaching activities and emphasizes the leading role of teachers in teaching activities.Teachers can guide students to solve problems and use problem-based learning knowledge to guide students to master effective learning methods,improve their own learning ability and ideology and morality,and accomplish their ability goals and emotional attitudes and values while completing their knowledge goals.According to the investigation of the application of the guided teaching method in the 18 th political class of Yueyang City,the application of the problem-directed teaching method can cultivate students’ good study habits and help to improve the quality of teaching.However,at the same time of achieving the results,there are still some problems in the application of the problem-directed teaching method.This is mainly reflected in the following aspects: the design of the problem in the guiding case is not scientific enough;the quality of the student’s completion of the guiding case is not high;The initiative of students’ learning is poor;teachers can’t carry the problem through the whole;some teachers despise the cultivation of emotional attitudes and values;after class,teachers less reflect on the teaching process.The reason for these problems is that teachers do not have enough knowledge of problem-directed teaching methods;teachers are less familiar with teaching materials;students have poor basic skills;and teachers have insufficient application experience.In order to overcome the above problems,the author proposes a series of improvement measures.On the one hand,schools should strengthen the guidance of teachers’ teaching work and attach importance to the transformation of the teaching methods of ideological and political courses;on the other hand,teachers,as the guides of teaching activities,should improve their own quality and professional level.At the same time,it is necessary to strengthen the training and guidance of students and cultivate students’ awareness of problems.
