During these years,as the development of the civilization,more and more parents go to the big cities to provide better lives for their family.Because of the restrictions on the household registration system,their children have to stay in the hometown and to be taken care by their grandparents or other relatives.They are called Left-behind Children.Left-behind children have many difficulties in their life,study and mind.For their life,they can't be well taken care.Without the guide of their parents,it is hard for them to take up good living habits.For their study,they can't be guided and helped by their parents in time,so that it's hard for them to take up good learning habits.For their mind,they can't receive enough attention and love from their parents.So there are many problems on the left-behind children.Especially for the junior high school left-behind children,they will have more pressure and puzzles.For the junior high school left-behind children,it's easy for them to get into the campus bullying.In our country,campus bullying improved greatly in recent years.It is a cancer of the campus which threatens the normal learning life of the students and effects their physical and mental developments.These serious accidents lead to widespread concern in the campus,family,and the society.In 2016,according to the China Youth and Children Research Center's research on 5,864 students in 10 provinces of China,one third students reported that they had been bullied.It proved the universality of the campus bullying.In this paper,the writer will research on the present situation of the campus bullying on the junior high school children in Huantai,Shandong Province.Firstly,according to the study on the Campus Bullying of our country,the writer made a questionnaire from three aspects,campus factors,parents' factors,and the factors on the children themselves.According to the questionnaire,we learned the reasons for campus bullying,for example,school management is not strict enough,teachers' education is not comprehensive enough,parents' protection is not enough,and parent-child relationship is not harmonious,and the students' owncomprehensive ability is not strong enough.At the same time,the media is too hyped about bullying,but not enough to publicize governance measures.And the government is not enough to punish bullying.According to the questionnaire,there are the following suggestions,for example,the school should be strict,the teachers should strengthen moral education,parents should attach importance to communication and guidance,students should pay more attention to their own quality,the government should strengthen the law enforcement,the media should strengthen the positive propaganda,strengthen the positive impact of society and so on.Different forces could be used to reduce the incidence of campus bullying in junior high school on left-behind children.
