In the context of core literacy,collaboration ability is one of the key literacy pursued by the world at present.Various economic and international organizations have given great importance to it.Cultivating children's collaboration has far-reaching significance and profound practical value.The emerging maker education is different from traditional education.It has the characteristics of openness and sharing.It aims to cultivate people with high level of core literacy in order to develop well in the future.Maker Class provides excellent conditions for cultivating students' collaborative ability.Maker activity is an important way to cultivate students' collaboration ability.In the background of core literacy,this study has reviewed a large number of relevant literature in both domestic and international range.Through the analysis of the definition and significance of collaboration ability,the cultivation method and evaluation mechanism of collaboration ability,the cultivation significance of collaboration ability in Maker activities,and the training method of collaboration ability in Maker activities,a series of Maker activities were constructed.Several teaching strategies have also been discussed for the sake of the cooperation for primary and secondary school students in collaboration.At present,there exit many related researches on collaboration ability,collaborative learning,core literacy and Maker education.However,the research on the teaching strategies of collaboration in primary and secondary school students in Maker activities is not systematic,and there are many problems,which inspired researchers to carry out this study.In the context of core literacy theory,taking into account the characteristics of the maker activities,and also combined with the existing research on collaboration capabilities and collaboration in the maker activities,the authors divided this study into three different parts,namely the maker group,maker activities,and maker activity evaluation.Based on three aspects,the teaching strategies of the collaboration ability of primary and middle school students in the makers' activities were constructed to enrich the relevant theories of maker education and collaborative learning.Besides,we have provided practical experience for maker teaching.This study adopted the action research method,under the guidance of the teaching strategy of the proposed collaboration ability of primary and secondary school students.Researchers haveselected sappropriate Maker courses,designed the corresponding Maker teaching activities,and rationally carried out the Maker teaching.Three rounds of action research diagnosed the feasibility and effectiveness of the strategy.For each round of the implementation of the teaching practice,the emotional experience of the students in the classroom,the team's collaboration,the students' learning outcomes have been observed systematically.And the teaching strategy was changed in each following round research.The teaching strategy of the collaboration ability of primary and secondary school students in the maker activity has achieved good experimental results in practice.Learning behavior and group collaboration of students in the classroom have changed significantly.This is beneficial for students to learn to listen,communicate,share,and cooperate with others And it provided funny experience of maker activities,cultivated student team awareness,and improved student collaboration.
