At present,the employment platforms of many colleges and universities in the country mainly carry out the employment management of college students in the form of single machine/manual operation.Due to the traditional management mode,the employment efficiency of student employment management is relatively low.At the same time,due to the limitations of the management process of colleges and universities,The stability of the traditional student employment platform can be compared and the data processing is not particularly accurate.Therefore,in order to simplify the process of student employment and improve the efficiency of student management,it is urgent to establish a relatively stable and safe student employment platform.The thesis designs and develops a system that is simple to use,fully functional,and beautiful in appearance,based on the current employment status of a university.The system is designed to quickly help college graduates to find jobs,to achieve information sharing,and to assist employers in screening qualified personnel.The main contents and innovations of this thesis are as follows:(1)The system uses ASP.NET platform as the development platform of the system,chooses HTML 5 technology to construct web pages,combines B/S structure to develop university employment platform,uses C# language to design programming language when choosing programming language,and uses SQL Server 2014 to complete the storage of employment data and the processing of various data information in the platform.(2)This thesis makes a comprehensive analysis of the system requirements of university employment platform,and divides the user roles of the system into system administrators,students,college employment administrators,school employment administrators,employers and other participants.Through the operation authority of the use case roles in the system,six functions of the system can be analyzed,namely,employment information management,campus recruitment management,employment affairs management,internship management,employment guidance management and employment analysis management.At the same time,the functional use case diagrams are used to analyze the requirements of these functional modules in detail.(3)Based on the demand analysis of university employment platform,the design of the system is completed.The university employment platform adopts B/S three-tier structure to design the system architecture.Firstly,the whole framework of the system is analyzed and studied.Secondly,six functional modules of the system are designed in detail with UML use case diagrams such as functional structure diagrams,flow charts and time sequence diagrams.Finally,the system database is analyzed and designed in the form of E-R diagrams and database tables.(4)This thesis introduces the overall development environment of the employment platform in Colleges and universities,and describes the implementation of the employment platform with the system operation interface and pseudocode.At the same time,the main function modules and system performance testing of the employment platform in Colleges and universities have been completed,in order to verify the operability of the system function and the stability,good and security of the system performance,and ensure the stable operation of the system.(5)One of the major innovations of this thesis is the security design of the employment platform in Colleges and universities,which is introduced from the aspects of data security,network security and security management of the system,so that the data storage security and operation environment security of the employment platform in Colleges and universities can be guaranteed.(6)Emphasis is laid on the implementation process of employment analysis function.Another innovation of this thesis is to construct employment analysis decision tree using improved ID3 algorithm based on genetic algorithm.This method first takes the existing knowledge rules in employment data as genetic genes,then uses genetic algorithm to segment the existing employment data rule sets,and then uses the divided employment data rule sets again.Secondly,the decision tree is constructed to analyze the relationship between the employment direction and the basic employment information of University graduates.Through the combination of ID3 improved algorithm and genetic algorithm,the decision tree for graduates' employment is established.At the same time,the classification rules of the decision tree are generated to realize the employment direction prediction and employment rate statistics of the corresponding graduates' employment data.The university student employment platform researched by the subject can operate the data information of the student employment process in real time on the Internet network,so that the data processing speed of the student employment information is higher,safer and more stable,and at the same time changes the management form of the traditional system and greatly improves The efficiency of student employment management reduces the errors in the system's processing of data.The system has been formally applied in a certain university,and has achieved good results,and has achieved the expected design goals.
