With the implementation of China’s innovation-driven development strategy,the cultivation of top-notch innovative talents has become an important function of modern research universities.At present,graduate education should become an aggregator of high-end talents,a multiplier of national scientific and technological innovation,produce more and better scientific research results,and make innovation become the endogenous driving force and leading force driving development.It can be seen that the training of postgraduates in China must attach importance to the training of postgraduates’scientific research ability,so as to improve the quantity and quality of their scientific research output.Postgraduate training program is a general plan and basic requirement for the training of postgraduates,which plays an important role in the training of postgraduates’scientific research ability.Based on the study of culture theory and collaborative theory as the theoretical basis,combining previous research achievements in scientific research ability influence factors,to academic graduate training scheme as the research object,has constructed the project of cultivating graduate students for scientific research ability theory model,the influence of the project of cultivating graduate students mainly by the process of the core elements of graduate student training,aims to explore constitute the core elements of graduate education and scientific research ability and degree of the influence of effect,while studying the present situation of university graduate student scientific research ability,and in the differences of demographic variables on the case,and connecting with the actual,To provide theoretical reference and policy Suggestions for improving the training program and process of academic master degree students in China and improving the research ability of postgraduates in China.This paper relies on 2,773 valid questionnaires from 20 colleges and universities in China,adopts difference analysis,latent variable path analysis and so on,and cross-verifies the influence effect of core elements of graduate training program on scientific research ability based on the first-level dimension and the second-level dimension,and discusses relevant results.The main research conclusions are as follows:first,the postgraduate training program has a significant positive impact on the research ability of postgraduates.The degree requirements have the strongest impact,and the mentor guidance has the weakest impact.Second,curriculum and teaching have a significant positive impact on postgraduate research ability,and teaching methods have the strongest impact on research ability.Third,practice has a significant positive impact on postgraduate research ability.Teaching practice and research practice have the strongest impact,while academic activities have a weak impact.Fourth,degree awarding requirements have a significant positive impact on graduate research ability,and thesis defense has the largest impact on research ability.Fifth,the collaborative training of postgraduates has a significant positive impact on the research ability of postgraduates.The intercollegiate graduate training has the strongest influence and the collaborative training of international graduate students is the weakest.Sixth,the supervisor’s guidance has a significant positive impact on the research ability of postgraduates.In addition,a survey of the current situation of research ability of postgraduates in China shows that the overall level of research ability of postgraduates is relatively high,above the average level,and the innovation ability of each component is at the lowest level.There are significant differences in scientific research ability of postgraduates in gender,undergraduate school,marital status,supervisor’s guidance mode and style.In this study,a self-designed questionnaire named"research on the influence of graduate training programs on scientific research ability"was used to construct a theoretical model of the influence of graduate training programs on scientific research ability,so as to provide a new research paradigm and theoretical basis for various possible influencing factors of graduate training programs on scientific research ability.At the same time,according to the research findings,the author puts forward some Suggestions for improving the postgraduate training program and improving the research ability. |
