As internationalization has becoming increasingly prevalent,the rising of people’s income level and the huge demand for English language,education and training institutions are facing great challenges at the same time of rapid development.At present,most of the strategic research is aimed at large-scale educational institutions,and the research on small and micro-enterprises in education is relatively scarce.Based on Nanning market,this paper analyses the development strategy of an educational small and micro enterprise in Nanning.YB Education Co.,Ltd.was established in July 2017.It is a small and micro enterprise which mainly focuses on language training and supplemented by overseas study and travel training.Today,the competition in education and training industry is becoming increasingly fierce.Education and training has developed towards specialization and centralization.YB company is still in a weak stage.How to face the fierce competition and how to develop in the direction of specialization,branding and chain operation?YB education company needs a development strategy matching its development.Starting from YB,a small and micro enterprise of education and training,this paper analyses the external environment of YB’s education and training industry with PEST analysis,Porter’s Five Forces Research and key competitors analysis.The analysis shows that YB has a very good external policy,economic,social and technological environment,but it also faces external threats such as fierce competition and serious homogeneity of products.At the same time,through the study of YB company’s internal environment and capabilities,through SWOT analysis,YB company’s strengths and weaknesses,opportunities and threats matrix.The matrix shows that YB company has such advantages as good teaching and research ability,strong ability to develop new products,good financial ability and profit ability,and fast growth of the number of students.At the same time,YB company also has such weaknesses as weak brand ability,weak market promotion ability,insufficient talent training and inadequate management of the company.Through specific analysis,and finally found the development strategy of YB company,draw a conclusion:YB company ultimately adopts intensive development strategy and differential competitive strategy.Through the implementation of intensive development strategies such as market penetration,market development and product development,YB company quickly seized the market and achieved rapid development;and through the differentiation strategy,YB company can achieve more long-term development.Finally,the paper finally matches the strategy guarantee methods and concrete implementation steps from the aspects of organizational structure adjustment to ensure the implementation of the strategy,company resources allocation,talent team construction,enterprise culture construction and optimization of company function management.
