| In the current educational activities,although students’fear has attracted much attention,it focuses on the micro-field of"classroom,"and the research on the classroom fear of primary school students is very rare.Due to their immature physical and mental development,primary school students lack the ability to control and adjust to many fear factors in the classroom situation.They are easy to feel fear in the classroom situation.Therefore,rooted in educational practice,it extracts many representations of primary school students’classroom fears,and then analyzes the causes and proposes solutions from different angles.It plays an important role in alleviating the classroom fear of primary school students and promoting the physical and mental health and harmonious development of primary school students.Clarifying the concept of students’classroom fear is the starting point of this study.Students’classroom fear refers to the emotional experience of extreme tension and fear caused by real or imagined risk factors,accompanied by corresponding physiological and behavioral responses.It will not only endanger students’physical and mental security,but even threaten their independent personality.Students’classroom fear has many characteristics,especially the characteristics of situationality,contagiousness and individual differences.It is based on humanistic psychology and the theory of power in the classroom field.From the perspective of the source of fear,the classroom fear of primary school students is stimulated by various educational situations,and then presents different patterns.It mainly includes:firstly,fear of the publicity of personal privacy,which mainly refers to reading out students’private compositions and publishing students’scores;Second,fear of unreasonable classroom questioning;Third,fear of frequent examinations and competition;Fourth,fear of strict classroom management,including classroom rectification,classroom monitoring and classroom intimidation;Fifth,fear of bad reprimands;Sixth,fear of humiliating punishment for making a mistake.According to the different causes,the factors affecting the classroom fear of primary school students can be divided into three aspects:teachers’own factors,other internal classroom environmental factors and external classroom environmental factors.Teachers’own factors mainly refer to deep-rooted"teacher-based"educational thought,insufficient professional ability of teachers,low professional quality and low personal education quality of teachers,which violate the norms of teacher ethics.Other environmental factors in the classroom mainly include competition,indifferent peer relations,students’shy personality,intolerant classroom atmosphere and seat arrangement based on students’achievements.External classroom environment factors refer to excessive worship of tests and scores,strict time management system,parents’ardent expectations of"expecting children to become successful",blind comparison between parents and unreasonable parenting methods.It is an important mission of this study to explore measures to alleviate pupils’classroom fear.It can be carried out in three ways:firstly,teachers should be committed to the control of the main causes and improve their own educational literacy.It includes:changing the teaching methods,improving the professional ability and quality of education;improving the cultivation of teachers’morality and cultivating positive teaching emotions;promoting education democracy and building a democratic and equal teacher-student relationship.Secondly,a safe and comfortable classroom atmosphere can be created by improving the internal classroom environment,such as enhancing good communication,paying attention to"special students",accepting students’mistakes,and emphasizing life experience.Finally,schools and families need to be based on the overall improvement of the external environment of the classroom,and build an inclusive and free campus culture by weakening test competition,implementing free and loose time management system,setting reasonable educational expectations,implementing correct parenting methods and other measures,so as to alleviate the classroom fear of primary school students. |
