Research On Health Support System For Kunming University Students

With the development of social and the scale of higher education,the problem of college students'health service and healthy growth has become the focus of social attention.The development of college students' physical and mental health and social adaptability is related to the study,life and development of college students.In this study,selecting Yunnan University,Kunming University of Science and Technology,Yunnan Normal University and Yunnan Art College as research sites,using the"physical-psychological-social adaptive ability" social medical model,health promotion theory,Maslow demand theory and system theory to In-depth study current situation,problems and reasons problem of college students' health support system in Kunming,put forward systematic and feasible countermeasures,and provide some reference for improving college students' health support system construction.This study through questionnaire survey,interview method and literature data methodstudies and from two aspects of college students'health supply and health demand to study the health support system of college students in Kunming.The health supply level mainly involves social medical and health resources(general hospitals and mental health centers),school hospitals,psychological counseling centers,physical education departments and related health service workers,health resources,medical services,education and teaching activities and daily work duties;the level of health needs mainly relates to students' health status,student health perception,health attitude,and health needs.At the same time,the statistically percentages and X2 test health cognition,health attitude and health needs of college students for different schools and genders.P<0.05 was considered as significant difference,P<0.01 was very significant difference,P>0.05 was no significant difference.The study found that the health support system of college students in Kunming has problems in the health supply:the construction of the university student health insurance system is not complete,the function is not good,the medical resources are not balanced,the service capacity needs to be strengthened,the health development support is insufficient,and the effect evaluation is lacking.The problem of College students'health support service needs:health awareness is Incomplete,healthy attitudes need to be strengthened,health knowledge access are limited,health service needs cannot be effectively met,and students' own health investment is insufficient.At the same time,there were significant differences in health cognition and health attitude among college students of different universities and genders(P<0.005),and there was no significant difference in health demand(P>0.05).The main reasons for these problems:the rapid growth of demand for health services,health education is not ideal,social development and lifestyle changes,students' lack of understanding of the purpose of the physical education curriculum,and the school exemption of physical education regulations is unreasonable,Lacking of health resources,it is difficult to effectively meet the demand,bad habits or ways influence the health level.After analyzing the problems and the reasons of the problems,the author puts forward some suggestions for improving the health support system for college students:changing the idea of health support for college students,expanding and enriching the ideas of supporting ways,improving the system and responsibility of health support systems,and Integrating health service resources,provide quality service guarantee,creating a supportive environment for college students' health services,enhancing physical exercise for college students,and independently improve bad habits.
