Teacher child relationship is a kind of interpersonal relationship,which is formed by the mutual cognition and behavior of the children and teachers in the kindergarten.In addition,a good relationship between teachers and children can help foster children's self-confidence,Bad teacher-child relationships will make children afraid to express their true thoughts,to combat children's self-confidence,and hinder the healthy development of children.Proper handling of teacher-child relationships is an important factor to promote the development of children's self-confidence,In practice,most teachers ignore the importance of building a harmonious relationship between teachers and children,and their attention to the cultivation of children's self-confidence are not enough,and there is a confusion between teacher-child relationships and the development of children's self-confidence.Based on this,The research re classification of domestic teacher-child relations(close type,control type,alienated type),The Z kindergarten as an example,to observe and analyze the situation of children's self-confidence,In order to provide the necessary theoretical and practical support for establishing a good relationship between teachers and children and promoting the development of children's self-confidence.The full text is divided into four chapters:(1)The first chapter mainly introduces the research background,research status,purpose and significance and research methods.(2)The second chapter mainly reveals the relationship between teacher and child in Z kindergarten.The results showed that the relationship between teachers and children in Z kindergarten was more intimate,followed by the control type,and the alienation of teacher child relationship was the least.(3)The third chapter,the researchers combined the study results of questionnaire with the observed records of Z kindergarten's 16 teachers and 240 children,draws the conclusion: the good relationship between teachers and children can cultivate children's self-confidence,bad relationship between teachers and children will restrain children's self-confidence,and all-round development ofchildren's physical and mental health have adverse effects.(4)The fourth chapter.Do give suggestions and strategies for how to build a harmonious teacher-child relationships and promote the development of children's self-confidence.(5)The fifth chapter,summarize the full text,put forward the inadequacy of this research and the possible research directions in the future.
