With the development of economy and society,the education industry has experienced a prosperous situation.The state's investment in education projects has increased year by year.In order to promote the development of education informationization,governments at all levels in China have also increased investment in education projects.It is undeniable that these "projects" have achieved certain results,but the quality of many "projects" has been questioned by people.The key to the development of educational programs is the evaluation of educational programs.Although the evaluation process plays an important role in educational programs,the research status of educational project evaluation is not very optimistic.The reasons for this are,firstly,the lack of relevant theories and research on the evaluation of educational projects;secondly,the evaluation of educational projects using traditional educational project evaluation thinking and models,ignoring the ideas and methods of performance technology.This has led to various problems and hidden dangers in educational projects.Therefore,we select "education project performance evaluation”to conduct research,provide theoretical guidance for the management and evaluation of educational programs,and provide reference cases for education related departments to carry out educational project evaluation.Firstly,this research constructs the framework of performance evaluation of educational projects through the literature research method,and then elaborates the evaluation framework of the construction,and analyzes and explains the various elements under the framework.Secondly,through the case study method,the education project performance evaluation framework model and evaluation process are applied to the Ningxia education cloud platform,and feedback is obtained through practice,and problems are found and suggestions are made to provide reference for the theoretical framework.Then,through questionnaire survey and interview method,investigate the current situation and existing problems of Ningxia education cloud platform,mainly carry out evaluation in two dimensions,the basic situation of education cloud platform:basic situation of teachers,platform usage,application service usage High-quality digital resource modules:the richness of digital resources,the applicability of digital resources,and the review and evaluation of resources.Finally,combined with the actual situation of Ningxia Education Cloud Platform,the paper puts forward strategies to effectively improve the resources of Ningxia Education Cloud Platform,including:formulating a digital education resource review and evaluation standard system,improving the user evaluation mechanism,improving the enthusiasm of users to participate in resource evaluation,and expanding The participation of platform resource evaluation,the mechanism of innovation resource evaluation,the construction of the interaction system of resource application and evaluation,the promotion of application by education and teaching supervision,and the promotion of the use of application services by training,thus fundamentally improving the use of education cloud platform.Based on empirical research,the problems in the theoretical framework model of educational project performance evaluation are reflected,mainly:lack of evaluation main elements of the people;in the process of the performance evaluation framework of the education project,there is a lack of application of evaluation results of educational projects;The results of the analysis are changing at any time,and the system of demand change needs to be established.In the process of the model process of the performance evaluation framework of the entire education project,there is a lack of self-evaluation within the project.
