| Red dance la-la-la operation for dance exercise project of a project,originated in the United States basketball court,with the development of global cultural integration,domestic "Cheerleading into the campus " the popularization of red dance Cheerleading already as a contest,for the students and the masses of fitness entertainment injected new blood.Based on the comparison and analysis of the 2010-2013 national cheerleading competition rules and the 2014 edition of cheerleading competition rules,this paper expounds the training direction and latitude changes of cheerleading dance under the new rules.Based on the six sets of excellent movements of the laola-ball dance team in the national laola-ball dance league final,this paper USES the literature method to consult the relevant literature of the theory of laola-ball dance.Use mathematical statistics method,use EXCEL,SPSS 21.0 and other data analysis software to analyze,explore the differences between teams before and after the new rules,and find out the problems;Using the method of expert interview to demonstrate the problems,in view of the impact of flower ball dance la la dance choreography put forward the corresponding improvement strategy.The research results show that the most prominent changes of the new rules mainly include the following three aspects:1.Substantial innovation in the creation and compilation of complete sets of movements: more innovation and novelty are required in the creation and compilation.Higher requirements are put forward for the plasticity of coaches and competitors.In terms of scoring content,the new rules adopt a comprehensive evaluation method,instead of a single scoring standard,emphasizing the combination of subjectivity and objectivity.2.Modification of the scoring structure of complete sets of movements: the partial scoring method of art,completion and difficulty in the 2010 edition of the rules of cheerleading competition was replaced by the 2014 edition of the rules of cheerleading competition,in which each judge made a comprehensive,fair andreasonable scoring standard for art,completion and difficulty.Put forward higher level request to the referee's ruling level.3.Changes in the evaluation system of difficult movements: the difficulty coefficient was converted from the 2010 version to the difficulty created in the 2014 version,and the difficulty score was changed into the whole set of arrangement points.Instead of excessively pursuing the high level of difficulty and movements,qualitative evaluation was adopted to focus on the completion quality and overall effect of the difficult movements.The summary and research on the arrangement of the complete set of movements of the flower ball dance cheerleading team are as follows:1.The basic feature of flower ball dance is the variation of hand position in holding flower ball.Among the 32 basic hand positions,15-25 are selected.2.The orderly formation change is also one of the decisive points of the flower-ball dance,cheerleading and complete set of choreography.The formation is in constant transformation,but it should be orderly and natural,not in a hurry to run the formation;Secondly,the changing speed should be rapid and the moving route should be smooth.Finally,the variety and type should give people a clear and beautiful visual experience.3.Difficult movements are of great significance in improving the ornamental value and overall effect of the whole set of movements of flower ball dance cheerleading.The selected difficulty should not only be suitable for the physical energy and sports level of the participants,but also be able to improve the overall arrangement effect through the overall number distribution type and the flexible use of comparative beats.4.The speed of music should be consistent with the movements,showing the positive and warm emotions brought by cheerleading and the charm of the infectious atmosphere brought by music.However,the material selection and production quality should be constantly improved.5.The color matching of clothes and flower balls follows the relationship between primary and secondary supplement,that is,one tone is dominant and theother is complementary.The high purity and strong contrast of the two colors should be noted and taboo in color use cases.On the one hand,the style of clothes shows the contestants' body lines;on the other hand,it is conducive to the stretching and braking of the la-la-la movements in the flower ball dance.The size of the ball should be 8-10 inches.The age of competitors should also be considered to show the speed of the player. |
