With the deepening of the course reform,the dialogue gradually enters the classroom,and listening is the key to the dialogue.In recent years,the listening theory has become a hot research topic of Chinese educational experts after the dialogue theory.Introducing teachers' effective listening into the educational process is a quiet revolution.This research is an exploration that is based on the reflection of traditional educational theory,aiming at:analyzing the connotation,contents and core idea of teachers' effective listening deeply,exploring the value of teachers' listening,trying to integrate "the spirit of teachers' listening " into the educational process,and building listening-centered culture.In order to present the essence of teachers' effective listening in a more comprehensive way,this study focuses on four major questions,namely,the connotation,value,absence,obstacles and realization condition of teachers' effective listening.Teachers' listening in the educational process mainly refers to the listening in the activity of education,which is based on the mutual respect and equality between teachers and students,teachers listen carefully to the various expressions(verbal expression and non-verbal expression)of students,and this kind of communication and interaction on the basis of the knowledge,thought,life and emotion that is achieved by listening.Teachers' listening is conducted between teachers and students,two equal subjects,in order to promote the personalized development of students.In the current educational process,some teachers' listening is inefficient or even ineffective,showing a pathological listening state.There are three main reasons leading to this phenomenon.First,influenced by the traditional view of teachers and students,teachers place themselves in the position of authority and communicate with students in an oppressor mentality.Second,under the influence of traditional education concept,some teachers may already have the consciousness of listening to students.However,when it comes to listening to students' specific actions,there will still be deviations.Some cases of missing listening,wrong listening and partial listening occur from time to time.Third,due to the fact that the modern world has a problem with the impetuous and the utilitarian,and the education field has failed to escape,the teachers in this environment are in the middle of a sudden,and therefore,indirectly,the dissociation of the value in the education process,the vulgarization of educational ideals,the dehumanization of the education,and these factors resulting in teacher's ineffective listening unconsciously.To realize effective listening is not only dependent on favorable environment,but also requires emotional and rational conditions.The environment is mainly divided into two parts: physical field and psychological field;The rational conditions mainly include the life of both teachers and students,rational interaction,teachers 'on-site listening literacy and humanistic education system;The emotional conditions include the trust,caring and empathy of both teachers and students.In the educational context,the environment allows teachers to listen safely,the ration allows teachers to listen normally,and the emotion allows teachers to listen effectively.
