For normal students,the skills of classroom problem generation are also one of the essential core qualities for teachers' professional development,problem Generation is the Key of Problem Teaching,it is the link and support for teachers to connect the whole classroom content in series.This paper makes a questionnaire survey on the current situation of problem generation among normal school students in class,It is found that there are several problems in the teaching skills of problem generation as follows: lack of understanding of classroom problem generation;low level of problem generation type design;single choice of problem generation approach;lack of motivation in evaluation methods;lack of awareness of cultivating students' problems.Under the guidance of reflective teaching theory,teachers' students are systematically and effectively guided to carry out reflective teaching training,aiming at avoiding the problems in the generation of classroom problems mentioned above.This article mainly adopts action research method and questionnaire survey method,mainly including the following aspects:The first is to analyze the current situation of problem-generating teaching in the classroom for normal students.According to the designed questionnaire survey,there are some deficiencies in the understanding of the content of problem generation,the design level of the type of problem generation,the choice of the way of problem generation,the way of evaluation and the cultivation of students' awareness of problem generation.Secondly,under the guidance of reflective teaching theory,the reflective teaching training framework for classroom problem generation is constructed.The reflective teaching training on the generation of classroom problems includes reflection before training,reflection in training and reflection after training.From the content of reflective teaching training,it is carried out in five aspects of problem generation teaching,such as: the understanding of problem generation content,the type design of problem generation,the choice of the way of problem generation,the way of evaluation and the cultivation of students' awareness of problem generation.Combining the reflective teaching theory with the training of problem students in class,a systematic training framework has been formed.Thirdly,reflective teaching training aimed at the generation of classroom problems for normal students.This research room takes normal students as the research object,and carries out the training of reflectiveteaching on the basis of studying and learning the reflective teaching theory.The training process includes the preparation before the problem generation teaching training,the presentation of teaching skills during the training process and the reflection of normal students after the problem generation teaching.In every link of training,the guidance of reflective strategies is involved.Fourth,analysis and summary.According to the results of pretest and post-test questionnaires,teachers' students have made considerable improvements in five aspects of classroom problem generation teaching.
