Prevention And Supervision On College Students’ Disciplinary Behavior

Currently,the socialist market economy develops rapidly in China,and the increasing development of science and technology and information technology has a profound impact on higher education,which brings new opportunities and challenges to the education and management of college students.In this period,the ideological and moral situation of college students experiences huge changes.Although most students maintain good mental attitudes and moral integrity,we must take into concern the negative effects among college students.Especially,the violation of discipline rules and regulations happen sometimes.If the occurrence of college students ’ disciplinary behavior cannot be prevented and supervised effectively in time,it may result in adverse effects on the good moral quality,sound personality and good behavior of college students.Therefore,in order to cultivate qualified graduates for the society,colleges and universities should further strengthen and improve ideological and political work based on the research of the characteristics and causes of contemporary college students ’ disciplinary behavior.Based on students ’ discipline and treatment in a university in Inner Mongolia within 10 years from 2008 to 2017,this paper analyzes and studies the characteristics of disciplinary behavior of college students,explores the common demonstrations of behavior,and analyzes the causes of college students ’ disciplinary behavior.This paper puts forward proper suggestions on the prevention and supervision of college students ’ disciplinary behavior to prevent and reduce the occurrence of disciplinary violations and promote the healthy growth of college students.In line with general secretary Xi Jinping’s important exposition on ideological and political work in colleges and universities and the growth of young people.This paper mainly adopts the literature method,data analysis method and interview method and is divided into six parts for research.The first chapter:First of all,the author introduces the research background,research basis,research purpose and significance of the research on the college students ’ discipline,summarizes the present situation,research ideas and research methods at home and abroad,and finally introduces the innovation part.The second chapter:The relevant overview of college students ’ discipline is put forward.The concepts of discipline,indiscipline,college students ’ discipline,discipline prevention and supervision of college students are defined separately.The third chapter:This chapter mainly analyzes the sample of students ’discipline in a university in Inner Mongolia in the past 10 years,makes a comparative study with the adoption of quantitative methods,and describes the disciplinary behavior and characteristics of college students.The fourth chapter:Through interviews with relevant managers of the school,the causes of college students ’ disciplinary violations are analyzed in depth.The fifth chapter:The countermeasures are put forward.Adhering to the educational concept of"student-oriented",it is necessary to strive to improve the ideological and moral integrity of college students and the consciousness of abiding by discipline,to pay attention to college students ’ discipline prevention education and strengthen the supervision of college students ’ disciplinary behavior,to minimize and eliminate the occurrence of college students ’ disciplinary behavior,to assist them with their education successfully to enter society so as to become the fresh power of socialist modernization and realize the educational goal.The sixth chapter:Conclusion is made.The contents of the previous five chapters are summarized and the shortcomings of the thesis are stated.
