| With the deepening of education reform,China’s education development has also been gratifying results,and teachers are facing more and more challenges.Class heterogeneity is a form of school research.Teachers design and optimize the teaching content through their own theoretical study and peer mutual assistance.It can effectively improve the teaching quality and provide a good platform and favorable conditions for the professional development of teachers.Therefore,in order to improve teaching more effectively.In order to solve the shortcomings of teachers in teaching practice and promote the professional development of teachers,this paper analyzes and studies the heterogeneous teaching and research activities of high school mathematics in the form of case studies,questionnaires and interviews.This paper analyzes the development,teaching reflection and strategy of teachers’specialty through the theoretical knowledge and case study of isomerism in the same class.The full text is divided into eight parts.The first part is the introduction:Combining the background and origin of isomerism in the same lesson,it expounds the significance,content and method of isomerism in the same lesson.The second part redefines the definition and connotation of isomerism,and puts forward the theory of isomerism based on cooperative teaching,peer assistance,constructivism,and optimization of education and teaching.The third part lists the forms and types of isomerism in the same class,and provides a case study for teaching practice.Theoretical basis and detailed analysis of these forms and types.The fourth part lists the characteristics and prospects of teachers’ professional development by analyzing the existing problems of teachers and combining with the requirements of different teaching and research activities in the same class.The fifth part uses the real teaching content,from the program design,classroom implementation,classroom records,review and reflection,program revision,re-reflection of these steps to the same class heterogeneous practice teaching,ultimately to improve the pre-class teaching design optimization,classroom teaching effect.The sixth part uses the method of experimental research and action research on heterogeneous activities in high school mathematics classes to reflect and optimize teaching design,teaching structure and teaching content.The seventh part analyzes and reflects the effect of heterogeneous teaching and research activities in the same class with real data through questionnaire survey and interview data feedback,and then optimizes and improves the effect according to feedback.The last part is to reflect on the shortcomings of heterogeneous teaching and research activities in the same class.Through strengthening publicity to improve teachers’participation,and constantly strengthening teamwork,more teachers can carry out the research on heterogeneous teaching and research activities in the same class into practice. |
