For a long time,the central and all local schools have paid close attention to the construction of the team of class teachers.As early as 2005,the Ministry of Education has always advocated the construction of class teachers as a long-term work,and gave specific guidance on how to select,train,evaluate and motivate class teachers.Under this premise,schools around the country have gradually established a training mechanism for class teachers who are suitable for the school.The high school class teacher is the high school student's ideological and political education and the usual management and life manager.Therefore,the level of the class teacher's management level will directly affect the success or failure of the school's student work,and will also affect the students'growth and the quality of the schooI's cultivation.It is related to the stability,health and long-term development of the entire school.Based on the relevant theories of the head teacher management,this paper makes an in-depth analysis and discussion on the current problems in the management of the class teacher through the questionnaire survey of the 100 class teachers of Yucai High School.After interviewing some class teachers in Yucai High School and conducting a questionnaire survey,the author found that there are still many problems in the construction of the head teacher in Yucai High School,such as the ambiguity of the work of the head teacher;the selection,training and evaluation mechanism Imperfect,ineffective incentives,etc.,have caused certain constraints on the construction of the school's class teacher team,and have also had an indirect impact on students'physical and mental health.According to the analysis of the problems existing in the current management of the class teacher of the high school,actively explore the measures to deal with the management problems of the high school class teacher,including from the level of the education administration department,the establishment of the high school class teacher qualification review,and clarify the scope of the class teacher's duties;Optimize the selection and employment mechanism of the head teacher of Yucai High School,strengthen the professional training of the head teacher,formulate a reasonable assessment system for the head teacher,and increase the salary and salary of the head teacher;the teacher himself should pay attention to clear his sense of responsibility of the head teacher and continue to cultivate his business ability.Achieve the goal of promoting the simultaneous development of schools,teachers and students.
