By far,China is the most populous country in the world.At the same time,the number of persons with disabilities has reached 85 million,and it is also the country with the largest number of persons with disabilities in the world.The CPC Central Committee attaches great importance to the development of persons with disabilities,has issued a series of policies and issued a series of documents.Both in the Paralympic Games and in other sports events about the disabled,our disabled athletes have played an outstanding role and are well ahead of the gold and medal tables.Special education is an important part of school education in our country.Seven departments,such as the State Council,have issued the second Special Education Promotion Plan.The circular refers to three important tasks: to improve the system of special education schools,to strengthen the ability of ensuring special education schools,and to improve the quality of special education.In developing sunshine sports,all teenagers should be encouraged to go into the playground,face nature,go under the sun and actively participate in physical exercises,so that more than 85% of the students can exercise for one hour a day and form a good physical exercise habit.The level of physical health has been improved.In this paper,the present situation of physical exercise of students in special education schools is taken as the research object,the two kinds of students of hearing and language impairment and mental retardation in special education schools are investigated,and the main research methods are the use of literature,questionnaire and so on.By investigating the present situation of physical exercise needs of students in Zhuzhou Special Education School,this paper analyzes the existing problems,puts forward the corresponding development countermeasures,and draws the conclusions as follows:1.There are four special education schools in Zhuzhou,namely Zhuzhou Special Education School,Youxian Special Education School,Chaling Special Education School and Liling Special Education School.The venues of the four schools are mainly irregular track and field and basketball courts;there are 126 teachers and staff in the four schools,of which 16 are physical education teachers,accounting for 13% of the total team of teachers;only two have been engaged in physical education for more than 11 years,and the team of physical education teachers is younger;0 are postgraduate physical education teachers,most of them are junior college or secondary school education,and most of them are teachers.They are all sports majors,and only three of them have received special education training.2.Four schools have two physical education classes every week,the organizational form is class teaching,the teaching method is mainly game-based,the content of physical education classes is mainly physical fitness and sports games;four schools have large class activities every day except Zhuzhou Special Education School,the activities are mainly to rectify gymnastics,running,basketball and other activities.Sports events,the other three schools average 2-3 times a week,the main content of the activities is physical fitness exercises;four schools will hold school games,Zhuzhou Special Education School has a professional training team,can go out to compete,the remaining three schools do not have the opportunity to participate in the competition.3.Zhuzhou Special Education School has insufficient sports facilities,weak teachers,inadequate curriculum teaching,single extracurricular activities,and low participation in extracurricular activities and competitions.Mainly manifested in the shortage of sports venues such as track and field,basketball court,badminton court,recreation and fitness room,music rhythm room,sensory training room and multi-functional activity room;the number of physical education teachers is small,the professional and academic level is generally not high,the proportion of men and women is not coordinated,and the structure is unreasonable;although the opening of physical education courses meets the national curriculum standards,the content of physical education courses is single,and the organizational form is unreasonable.At random,students have a higher attitude and motivation to physical education class;the participation of large class activities is not high,the content is single,and the opportunities to participate in sports competitions are rare.4.Due to the shortage of funds and the poor conditions of running special education schools in Zhuzhou,the demand for venues for students with mental retardation and hearing and language disability can not be met;the content of exercise is single and the choice of exercise items is few,which can not meet the needs of content selection for students with two kinds of disabilities;the teaching staff is not perfect,and the educational and professional qualities of teachers are generally not high.All aspects of the law guide the teaching of two types of students;school sports activities and sports competitions organized less,time can not meet their needs,can not achieve the desired effect of exercise.5.According to the needs and problems of students' physical exercise in Zhuzhou Special Education School,the following countermeasures are put forward:(1)Increase the investment of funds and strengthen the construction of sports venues in Special Education School.(2)Strengthen the professional development of teachers and improve the social status of teachers.(3)Develop and enrich the contents of students' physical exercise in special education schools,and update teaching methods and means.(4)To cultivate students' interest in sports and awareness of lifelong sports,and encourage them to participate in extracurricular sports activities and competitions.
